  1. Yep, Shell is right. Looks like dusty boob marks. call it Womens intuition. Oh and Shell, the boost quote was from Kasko's Unlimited Boost thread. It's all a tangled web.
  2. This kid must've been messing round with your car man. Smart little bugger, and he found his ball!
  3. Bloody kids! You can't live with 'em and you can't cook'em! LOL
  4. Bollywood style! Hope it didn't scratch too much. Cheeky little sh!t. Did he find his ball?
  5. I get cat prints on mine at home too. Wouldn't mind so much if I had a cat but no. You gotta love a dark coloured car... Sexxxy but a pain to keep clean. The amount of fine MDF dust that I get on my car when parked at work is insane. But I have never had shoe prints!!! LOL. I'm Intrigued.
  6. Ha ha! Thought it may have been, hence the Pinky reference. Got some Crimson inc. Linear Sports off a fellow SAUer. 17x8 front and 17x9 rear. Finally got a little dish... as a result I have 4 of these FOR SALE if anyone is keen. Asso 16x8 offset 36
  7. Totally depends on where you live, but it's always worth looking in the For Sale section and even post in the Wanted to buys. Drive safe, have fun, learn all you can on here and Welcome to SAU!
  8. 32 psi = R32 33 psi = R33 34 psi = R34 etc... Front sounds like a good plan my man and if the bad ones are that bad, replace them asap and switch them all around again. ie new on front, old on back.
  9. Yep. But it's similarishish? Ha ha, trust you to pick it! Mashed these 2 together with windows paint. Hope I didn't breach too many copyrights. LOL
  10. Legend^^^ and compliments?
  11. Spotted on Morshead drive today a maroon or pinky R33 with a white front bar. I waved. Shortly after that, spotted RS4-S in his workplace. We shook hands. But before all this, I spotted my sexxxy new rims on my baby.
  12. heaps for your thoughts / advice Mr RS4-S and it was good to meet you too!
  13. I was under the impression that it's illegal to have 2 different tyres on the front? Or maybe that's on front wheel drives. And perhaps it would be better to put the best tyres on the front and the not so goods on the rear. Braking and steering is more important than going. But hey... I'm still a noob.

  15. Hey guys. Been moochin' round here for about a year, but now I've got a few noob questions for you all. I just bought a set of wheels second hand off a fellow SAUer and one of them has got a nice bit off rash on the lip. Aint no ointment gonna fix it!! They're not on my car yet and I am willing to just put them on, ignore it for a while and just drive baby, but I wouldn't mind getting it fixed eventually and maybe even getting them refinished too. They are apparently 2 piece rims which have a goldish centre and a chrome rim but I don't think they can be separated. 1) Can they be rechromed on the rim alone and the centre painted? 2) Where is the best place to fix my rash and perhaps finish them off? 3) How much might I be paying for these procedures? I did an ACT search and found this link : http://www.skylinesa..._1#entry6124222 Wicked Wheels any good? Jax in Fyshwick? Is RS4-S the man to talk to? Any Help would be much appreciated. Thanking you in advance. Rob.
  16. Ahhh, internal combustion... what a concept !!! Add Boost & Hello Happy Fun Time !!!

  17. What did they do to fix it? Does this mean a simple ECU reset may have fixed the problem?
  18. Ohhh Emmm Geee!! ^^^ That is so yummy.
  19. A Female with a Skyline... A duet of pleasures. Congrats on becoming part of what is undoubtedly the Best damn Skyline info resource in the known universe! Heaps of goodness to be learnt and shared on here so don't shy away from asking about anything you need to know. As it is a bit of a sausage fest on here, it's always good to get a little more oestrogen in the mix, so welcome! oh, and being that you are in Canberra, might even see you round. Enjoy!
  20. Had a few cars flash me today to which I waved and flashed back. I made sure I stuck on the limit, popped up over a hill and there was old smokey pointing his nerf gun at me. I swear the look on his face was like "but that guys driving a Skyline and I should've got him but..." Sorry Smokey, No Double Demerits for me!
  21. Shannon's ^^^ are awesome like that. Used it once myself on my ex-Bluebird. FREEEEEEE!!! Aussie Windscreens in Phillip were cheaper than O'briens to buy one though... Dunno about for a Skyline but it would be worth a phonecall. ph : 6282 0066
  22. Yep. Did this a couple of months ago. This thread helped me a Sh!t load. Never done this before and now I've got 4 fresh rotors and pads all round !!! First one was the slowest and the last was p!ss easy. Savin' the Buck$ and bonding with my Baby. Love it! SAU... I Love You!!!
  23. Got a Brand New Autotechnica Mspec Aluminium Rad For $149 with free shipping from Ebay. (Old Rad was leaking up top.) Guys at the place where I got it installed, (Natrad) reckoned it was the best money I could spend on my car. They were very impressed. Quality is great. Their replacement would've cost at least $600 and I think NISSANs was even more $$$. Replaced thermo and hoses at the same time along with the appropriate red coolant. Checked for stray current, all good. Done 10,000 kms with no issues. Ebay aftermarkets. FTW.
