  6. Click This Linkage. link to ^^ afore mentioned site. Update to this : Here's a little something I'm working on. It's just a theory. So far I have got another solenoid and 2 Y pieces + some hose, it's all hooked up except the wiring. Looks fairly tidy. Not sure whether to splice into the power wire to the existing Solenoid or go straight from the Battery... I'll probably try the Solenoid power first. I'm thinking I should have : Normal 5 - 7 psi. Switched 7 psi and with Both Switches flicked... 9 psi. (although I think mine isn't changing by itself from 5 -7 psi). need to change solenoid over to test. I hope this Works / Helps. If anyone knows of Any issues / Problems with this, please let us know. Rob.
  7. From my understanding of this... If you have cut the black wire from the solenoid and earthed it, it is no longer connected to the ECU so it should be on high boost all the time but if the earth is not strong enough, it will stay on low boost all the time. I attached a wire to the Black wire and ran it to a switch in the cabin then earthed it. I get 7 psi at the flick of a switch. Although mine seems to not want to act normally and change from low to high by itself. Have bought another solenoid and will try that. Doesn't really worry me though. I just flick it when I want it.
  8. Hmmm... hear me out. In my U13 Bluebird, I had a problem with the indicators coming on for no reason and oneday there was a puff of smoke... Made me worried and thought I would need a new indicator stalk. After finding out it was not too expensive to replace, I decided to have a go at fixing it. (If I stuffed it up it wouldn't cost heaps). I pulled out the stalk and pryed open the little tab dealies to open it and found that in one place a bit of plastic that sat between 2 copper terminals had worn out from all the use and was making the switch terminals touch when they shouldn't. Was also a little melted. Sooooo... I got a cable tie and jammed it in the gap cut it off and super glued it in place. Never had a problem since... I suggest you pull out the wiper stalk, open it up and see what you can see. They seem to be a similar design to the Blubey's. You never know. Good luck.

  14. If it's anything like my R33 4door & my Bluebird, there is a plastic tab/clip thing on the end towards the middle of the boot. Other end towards the side of the car is kinda just held in with a tongue type dealie. If you push it in (tab/clip thang) while pulling towards the front of the car, with a bit of jiggling it should let go and swing open for you to expose the bulbs and wires... Took me a couple of goes cause it can stick abit. Firm but gentle is the key. Goodluck.
