  1. Fellow Cancerian. Is it now? If so, enjoi it.
  2. Good morning to you Princess.
  3. I normally use the Nulon Injector Cleaner but if this ^^^ is better then perhaps I will.
  4. Just did a Hot Lap of the Nieghbourhood. I won't commit to anything definite at this stage as I have spoken too soon previously only to be disappointed but... For the moment I am Happy. Drove Truly Better than ever. Perhaps a Full Reset ECU (in a box for months) was all it needed? Dunno... SkyWagon Stuttering off idle and backfire thru intake. things done to fix: O2 Sensor Coolant sensor AFM change and adjust TPS adjust New Plugs New Leads Tried Spare Fuel Reg Replaced Dizzy New Fuel Filter Checked fuel pump and volts (12.4v) at idle and 4000rpm Checked timing belt Changed Coil Changed ECU.
  5. Richard, you are so full of... Treasures.
  6. Got a 27mm socket and played timing belt checking games yesterday. The Belt (albeit old and a little loose) seemed to line up right so I set the distributor to how I thought it should be in relation. Barely started and ran like a Dog. So I put it back how it was, set the timing and was left wondering if what I had just witnessed was actually right. Pulled out the spare Fuel Reg and plumbed it all back the way it should be. Also pulled the Fuel pump out and checked for blockage etc. All seemed good. Checked the Voltage at the pump, 12.4 volts at idle and reving to 4000rpm. (guessing this is correct?) Put in a new fuel filter just cause I bought one. Walked away having done heaps with no improvement. So this arvo I thought I'd do it all again. 100% confirmed TDC on the compression stroke and yes what I found yesterday was right! Reassembled, swapped in a spare coil and the original ECU (changed when I was chasing Fuel Pump Priming issues) , set the timing. Crossing my Fingers...
  7. I'm hoping to do the SkyWagon for the price of a Roll of tint. Another learning Experience.
  8. Agreed. Hook a 4door brother up?
  9. Cruised behind a Matte Black 180sx along Southern Cross Drive around 3:30pm. Was so low and hard in the rear, it seemed to be bouncing and skipping around everywhere. Looked like it would be pretty hard to drive in the wet I reckon.
  10. Yeah Baby!!! Just need a Blue Members Banner now.
  11. Swapped the Dizzy in in just the same position as the original. I don't have the 27mm socket (gotta get one) needed to crank the engine to line up TDC so I'm unsure as to whether the belt and all lines up as it should but... It seems to be alot better than it was. Still a tiny drop in revs with Very Light throttle but nowhere near the crapus stammering it did before. A bit less back and forth movement in the rotor when all fitted to the head and the timing is more stable and doesn't jump around as much. I pulled apart the old Dizzy, the bearing has not totally shat itself but is a little rough and noisey (grinding and squeaking) and there is some sandy looking dust around the CAS and disc.
  12. Score! See what happens when this goes on tomorrow.
  13. Gunmetal Grey R32 with dodge looking matte bonnet parked on Beissel St near Belco Mall at 3:45pm.
  14. Yep, trying to get my hands on a whole Dizzy to try.
  15. Bought some Fuel hose and tried my spare Fuel Pressure Regulator, Nothin. Cleaned some more electrical connections and Earthing points. (CAS, Power Transistor) Nothin. Tried another FICD (Fast Idle Compensating Device) and clamped the Air regulator hose tighter. Nothin. Sprayed a bit of start ya bastard around in the hopes of finding a Vac Leak. Nothin. AFM? Fuel Pump? Vac leaks around Intake Manifold? (maybe from when I cleaned AAC) Timing (belt or Dizzy out by a tooth)? Dizzy worn out? I will try all of the above. Hopefully it's not Head / Valve related... Should do Comp test. Ahhhh the learning curve. It idles perfectly, tiny touch of the Throttle and revs drop. (with or without TPS connected)
  16. I'm sure it's a lean thing. I'm thinking mostly Fuel Pressure Regulator, (have a spare I'll swap in) Fuel Pump Blockage or Death maybe, (have spare) also have spare AFMs but I've tried them. I could also try spare ECU. Pretty sure there are no Vac leaks. Don't think they have points? Too n00b. Been doing it for a few weeks but I've mostly been driving the 33 as a result.
  17. Cleaned Main Engine Earth, Cleaned Negative on Battery and Terminal, Reset ECU, Cleaned AFM and plug real good, Checked Fuel Filter for Blockage (all good), Found a Fuel Hose was Split and close to Popping. (hacked some off a longer hose and fixed). Started Engine, idles and revs smooth as, (got excited) let it warm up, gave it a rev, Popp, Fart and Fapping. BagOfDicks.
  18. Only 200 of them. Rare stuff. Every Tony, Dick and Jimmy has a GTR.
  19. Was a GTS (Prize Winning) SOLD for $3500 recently but that is a VERY CHEAP Price. $12800 seems a little Exxxy.
