have you had your wheels balanced as that will throw any alignment out if the wheel quickly goes left to right when driving at a certain speed your wheels are out of balance not your alignment.

It can be engineered. the reason they defect cars that have no ring welded around where the piping comes through under your battery tray is because they believe that it reduces the cars frontal impact thus making it crush easily. apparently thats why.

and i wouldnt boost it past 14psi. after that the ceramic wheel tends to get messy as above comment mentioned.

his invoice was like 3 or 4 pages long as i read through it i was thinking holy f**k what a dumb arse. its a fkn quick xr6 turbo just looks like its been FPV optioned. He had a fair bit of shit done was just waht i mentioned i just couldnt remember all of it he did get his centre diff bush done also which is a bit of job in it self bit like taking the rear cradle out of 32. you wouldnt see my cars there but my cars dont go to workshops either as i work on them my self when the time comes for a tune. trent will be my choice for one.

Its still a big job dude i work for pedders and to change the cradle bushes over requires taking out whole rear cradle then burning the old bushes out as you cant press a giant sub frame then putting the new bushes in and so fourth to get the cradle out might take an hour as you only have to undo the shock let it hang and also take off the brake calipers on both sides. i worked on a customers xr6 turbo the other day at work and his car had been to HPF his total bill was $14,658 for bigger turbo, cooler kit, flash tune, install brembo brakes so fourth the labour cost alone were like 5 or 6k so youll be glad you got it out of there. trent knows his shit you wont have any more problems with it..

Honestly as it sits now with the damage no 1 in will pay any more than 2k for a broken car. i just bought a 32 4 door for 3k hail damaged with a broken rear screen found one for $350 and also needed a LH blinker got that for $55 my silvia before this i bought for $500 they were both good deals but the point im trying to make is no one in their right mind would pay 6-7k for a wreck. maybe if you parted it possible you might get close to that amount but not as a whole car. your best option would be to buy a wreck with all the parts you require and fix it slowly over time. To put it in perspective your not going to have a car for xmas.

hey mate we got a special set of KYB struts in the other day at pedders moorabbin as we were trying to match them to infinity struts we have either front or back atm but my boss could get the other 2 in. ring nick after 8am. 03 9555 5044 what he means is the shock it self is like a sleeve it slips down inside the strut and is held there by a locking nut. so when your shocks f**k out you only have to get another shock insert not a whole new strut which your wheel bolts to.
