  1. Has anyone had problems with the Shell stuff in hot temps in a SR20 motor? I had oil pressure prob's with the Helix stuff switched to same visc. castrol problem went away.. Bizzare....
  2. Quote Strict9 ________________________________________________ I'll now be hiding my spare keys in my room better (chaining them to parts of my body!) _________________________________________________ . . . Ohh so thats you excuse for that Prince Albert =-D Sorry to hear about your car mate. How you taking it ? So sond pretty shook up ?
  3. My three cents. I was in this fix about 4 years ago. It was $1700 a year for a brand new Excel or $1400 a year for a Twin turbo Soarer. Hmm tuff decision huh.. No one had heard of a Soarer except SGIO. So I went with them. Now obivously no one wants to hear from us. Their loss not ours if you ask me.
  4. I got work done at Wilkinson because The other "main" mob in Ossie Park and now Freo didn't want a bar of me. Highly recommend them for parts and work.
  5. Pin head bite me!
  6. Well if you like imports you'll be in heaven here. As I look out the office window in Eagle Farm I count four R33 GTS-t's out in various car parks. Seen a few hot looking Supras. Imacul8 you'd love it here buddy.. esp the women =-D If it would just stop raining .....
  7. I am hanging on this 15 year rule. But so is everyone else :-( I think this will keep the prices as high as they are now.
  8. Don't overcorrect. Circular rims are farken expensive to replace. Trust me!
  9. Time for a diet Troy =-D
  10. Skyzerr33 this dosn't have anything to do with what a said at motorvation ;-)
  11. Check ya PM for Details. Personally I don't think there that crash hot for performance. I'd rather a two door.
  12. 14.6 thats damn good for a almost stock car man ! I was down at the plex last meet with Imacul8 and noticed that the VT range of HSV's ( including Utes) where only running 14.7's and up. Pretty lame for a hard arse car...... Why Jap cars are better than late model domestics part 1.
  13. Timers good after long or hard drives. Most engine mauals I have read recommend it with turbo cars. All I've installed to date is about four HKS ones for mates. Been happy with them cos there cheap ( Last time I paid US$99 for one).
  14. Outta interest my RAC policy dosn't cover me if my car was stolen with the keys. This includes breaking into the house and taking them. Hence my keys aren't on the keyhook.....
  15. Yep positive about the price. Twin turbo auto Chaser. Nice car just high km's.
  16. Radium where are you in Perth? I have the R32 Engine manual for the RB20 with all the details including the part numbers.
  17. I was looking at Chasers but don't like four doors. The high KM (i.e not wound back) JZX90's start at about $15K.
  18. Time to get a couple of dogs me's thinks. You can borrow my staffy pit bull cross if you want=-D
  19. rev have you tried any brokers?
  20. I think it started when someone bought convicts here about 200 years ago:lol:
  21. What I don't get is how come the Viper costs $160,000 yet in Aus they charge $240,000+ for it ? What $40,000 odd for the conversion ??? Nice car but not worth that kind of money.
  22. Try Mr Mag for Second hands. Bob Jane is ok now days, I've had some sucess with the Ossie Park Branch. Best bet is Wheels World though. John nows his stuff esp. since he was talking about getting a 'line.
  23. Valentine one. Front back and sides. Just can't use them on cars with bronze impreganted windscreens like Soarers.
  24. Older than IMACUL8, Skyzerr33, Greg and Strich9. Younger than GTRKen and Got Boost
