I have a rb25det series 1 out of my skyline spun big end bearing comes with turbo and inlet manifold and dump pipe no coil packs $400ono will upload pcitures asap also have a uncut series 2 wiring loom $150 ono series 2 stock ecu $50 and series 2 coil packs $50 ( off a low km motor that i swapd into my skyline but used series 1 packs) would prefer pick up but can deliver with in a 30km of post code 2142 for free im located in sydney 0451463504 call or txt cheers

Hi Will a rb20det bolt straight into a 1993 r33 gtst Ive damaged the bottom end of my rb25det and I have a rb20det spare and want to know if it will bolt into the r33 can i use the rb25det gearbox also will the rb25 engine mounts be allgood for the rb20? also will i have to change the loom or just the ecu ? basically just want to put it in until my rb25 is fixed Thanks

Hey i need help i bought a electronic boost controller from HDI unfortunately the boost solenoid they sent was faulty on the lowest boost setting it was hitting the boost cut and back firing like crazy . i thought i had installed it incorrectly but after talking to the HDI tech support they confirmed i had installed it correctly and it was in fact faulty a faulty solenoid. now my problem is my car isnt boosting right i took the electronic boost controller off and installed a mechanical turbo-tech one I tried running 7psi and its all good for a few thousand revs then things turn to poo when revs and boost increases sounds like its back firing/boost cutting and going all crazy anyone had any problems like this and what could have gone wrong ? as long as i dont rev the car over 3000-3500 rpm its ok but after that it horid Note i have disconnected the stock boost solenoid PLEASE ANY INFO WOULD BE APPRECIATED almost forgot the car is a r33 series 1 thanks

Thanks mate im going to try it and see how it runs should be okay because the car it came off has the same mods as mine also im intrested in getting nistune but where is the best place to go in sydney to get it done ? and how much should i be paying i got a quote for $1100 fitted and tuned? is that fair?
