I found this guy smoking in behind the dash speedo cluster. Anyone know what this diode? is used for? Its like a large black fuse.

Hey Guys, Meter Fuse keeps blowing/speedo and gauges not working = Alternator not charging battery = dead battery. Has anyone come across this issue before? And if so, what was the fix? Looking for any common problems, or if anyone knows what the cause could be, specifically looking for a short somewhere. Cheers

Ok, So I have just recently noticed that my AMP for my sound system is in safemode, my Volt gauge is sitting at arround 18V and every so often (every ten secs) it drops down but only slightly (not even 1 volt drop) My headlights, dash and centre console lights all dim at the same time too. Please note i have just remove the rear hicas and put a locker bar in. Does anyone know whats causing this? I have checked the sounds system twice now, it was working before hand. Cheers

Hi Guys, I have been on the phone to Nissan and they have explained that in order to buy new hubs for 1998 model R34 gtt's, you will also need to buy a hub seal. Now Nissan sell these for around $50 each. Does anyone know of another place to buy these brand new? Cheers
