Hi I have a 1996 (October) auto RS4 C34 4WD Turbo Days Edition. It will be 90,000 km soon and runs well. I love this car. The Days edition has more options and upgraded suspensions. The car is in north Queensland but I would drive it down to Sydney for an extra $350-$400. I am asking only $8,600 because I don t have much time left to sell it , I m international. It s a great opportunity for a Stagea in this condition. Dual power sunroof, self booting rear door, power windows/mirrors, very recently upgraded audio (new CD/usb/mp3, new quality speakers), AC/climate control, new tie rod ends, new shocks, new breaks, new (quality) battery. That s for the main features. No accidents, the engine and the turbo run very well (all standard). Comes with rego until October, roadworthy, service history, invoices. Service and certificate already booked on Monday anyway... The body is not immaculate (some small bumps from tree branch and a paint mark) but overall ok. I have owned it for 3 years and am the first owner in Australia. Original contract available. Hi everyone and best wishes for 2011 I am (sadly) putting my SILVER STAGEA AUTO E-WGNC34 - RS FOUR - 2500T - 4WD - TURBO on sale. Manufacture: October 1996. It has around 84,000 km and registration goes until October 2011. I met a member in Ingham when I was stuck by the floods during Christmas who told me about this forum and advised me to advertise here, so here I am I found the forum quite instructive so thx for the tip if you're reading this The car is located in Townsville where I live. I also travel to Cairns regularly. The reason I am selling it is because I'm French and my time in Australia may be over soon; I need the money from the sale to help me get through 2011. I will still need a cheap car for my time left and could consider a money + cheap car swap deal. I purchased this car in December 2007 in Cairns from a dealer who imported it from Japan with 54,000 km. Original contract available along with service history. No manual available. No accident history. The car is powerful, runs well (so does the turbo) and is in great mechanical condition. It is very clean. The body is not immaculate but overall in good condition. It has served me very well, never let me down and the 4WD helped me on many occasions. I have looked well after this car and changed all the parts that were becoming old. I checked the car regularly and at any mech/service I went to I've had compliments for its condition. This is to say this car is very reliable. It has new front tie rod end, new shocks, new breaks, a new quality battery, a whole new audio system (kenwood FM, CD, MP3, USB head + 4 quality Pioneer speakers worth $350 just done in December 2010). Invoices available. I didn't actually have to change all that except for the tie rod ends in 2009 and the battery very recently after I left the car sleeping in a garage for 7 months in 2010 while I was away. So this is to say it is a very reliable car. It shouldn't require any fix for a while, runs very well. Tires will need a change eventually in 2011. I have invested quite a lot in this car; for a reason: I love it. It's probably one the best S1 deals around. So now about the options.....well it comes with most S1 options so I will not list them all (I don't think you want that) but mostly it has the double power sunroof (my favorite), the self-booting rear door (great too and perfectly working), original Stagea carpets, roof racks, front air bags, fully operational climate control/AC, alloy wheels, central locking, child restraint, power mirrors, power steering, power windows, tinted windows, traction control, turbo, cup holder etc etc. No leather seats. The electronic is good on this car. The only thing is that power mirrors do not fold in anymore when locking the car, although the other mirrors controls work perfectly. That happened about 2 years ago; it is probably easy to fix this gadget if you have some spare $. I lack the appropriate English words sometimes so I apologize if it causes difficulties. This is quite a technical description for me. Pictures will help. Body alterations include: 1) marks on the plastic bars located on the corners at the rear, both left and right; 2) an approx 13cm diameter wide bump at the rear (bottom left under the light) that is recent; came back from the shops and there it was.... I'd like to catch whoever did that and ran away... No paint mark by a chance and it's not too noticeable. 3) a mark on the metallic paint on the right rear door (it's a line which could go with good polishing). there is also a 15cm long similar line above the right front wheel 4) some paint fading on the aerodynamic/stylish part above the rear door (it was in this condition when I bought it), 5) there are 4 little bumps on the front body part covering the engine (sorry for lacking the word) due to some drunk person in the street who thought it'd make a decent chair (1st Jan 2010...) 6) white paint marks at the very front of the front part covering the engine. It's like a large line about 30 cm long. 7) Small rust areas between the mirrors and the front windows, as all Stageas do. I heard some people fixed it for a bit of money with professionals. It's not much so I chose to spend my money in other things. 8) minor marks at the very bottom front body part (the low clearance part) I will miss this car a lot. It is without a doubt the ultimate touring wagon and I can't get enough of it. I might even consider buying a Stagea again in a couple of years when my situation allows it. I advertise it at $10,400 ONO only because it needs to go asap. $12 500 would have been much more fair price but with time constraints and some body marks I'm bringing it down. It has great mechanical condition, all the fun Stagea options, low km, excellent audio, great comfort and all my investments in new parts.
