hey guys sorry about the lack of knowledge of my turbo but here is my dyno sheet. we have fixed our problem its holding 18 pounds again we just need to get it re tuned. turns out the actuator diapraphm had a tear in it and was leacking boost. ill let you all know what happens with the next tune when i get back from this dam work trip.... i cant get hold of my specs on the turbo but i have the standard r33 rear housing that has been re machined and i believe its 6 mm bigger than standard size if that means anything to u all the wheel in side was changed but cant remember what size it actually is. its not just some random turbo as i have family that works at mtq and has actualy made the turbo for me sorry about the lack of knowledge tho. sorry to cause any arguments with this next post but yea cheers for all the help its much appreciated

sorry everyone im away and everythings been hard to get onto here i have the dyno sheet getting someone to put it up soon for me. my turbo is at mtq currently getting checked out and the actuator seams to be the problem its a geninue garret turbo not some crappy nock off brand. i have the specs but my sheet is all at home and i cant get to them currently cheers for the help ill let u know what happens.

tuner said that it might be the turbo tiping over. another tuner said he thinks its my actuator leaking in the diaphram?? no exhaust restrictions because has been tryed with straight pipe on as well so there is no restrictions regarding to the exhaust..

hey guys i have r33 4 door gts25t and i hae just had it tuned, i had a massive power drop in my boost when i tryed to run 18 pounds boost topping out on 219kw the chart showed that i had a massive boost drop from 18 and back to 13 pounds and we dont no what is happening. the car did a good run on just 10 pounds running 200kw with no boost curve so it was werid that it did the boost drop after adding boost. the car should of made more power as i have the following up grades t04 high flowed turbo walbro 255lph fuel pump z32 airflow meter metal intake pipe yellow jacket coil packs spark plugs gapped to .8 e boost street boost controller 555cc sard injectors turbosmart 440 fpr fuel pressure reg 3 inch dump pipe 3 inch stainless exhaust with high flow cat fmic apexi power fc with controler xtra heavy duty brass button clutch what could this issue be was hoping for 270rwkw but massive let down if anyone knows what it could be please let me know cheers

That's the only pic I have I'm not with the car right now but its says from what I remember 1994 r33 its a 4 door but yea it doesn't have that separate ignition box near the back of the engine

hey i have a problem i dunno what series type coil pack i should get. i tried a set of spitfire coils the other day and couldnt get them to connect to my plugs. i have been told that my rb25det is a series 1 but i think it may be a series 2 i dont have a external ignition pack on my engine so does this mean im a series 2 any help would be much apprecieated thanks

ok so i taped up the coil packs and turns out the cars runnin sweet thanks alot going to buy the splitfire coils soon.. thanks alot for the help

ok cheers someone else suggested coil packs as well so may have to give that a go. just seams werid that its doing it every know and then but cheers

hey im just wondering if someone can give me some help i own a r33 4 door manual turbo love the car apart from this problem, when i drive the car normal its fine but if i decide to put the foot down flat out as soon as i get to about 4 thousand rpm the car develops a miss firing issue of some sort i have gapped my plugs to .8 and stil have the issue. the only other problem is it only does it when the air is cooler on a hot day the car seams to be fine any help would be muchly appreiciated thanks tyler p
