oh my goodness, swirl/scratch central on the paint! got pulled over by a brand new black SS a couple nights ago. Nice bit of kit, and exact same set up with the lights on the dash etc... was funny, i was thinking when i was driving behind it, i wonder if it's an undercover cop... but all was good, just a routine stop

my goodness, at the levels of modifications the VAST majority of us have done, a/m BOV's are NOT NEEDED!!! fark! keep the stock one, it's more than up to the task and BETTER.

so why go to the trouble of a GTR bonnet, when you're using a standard gtt front bar?

ryno won't insure you if you haven't owned a performance car before. Ie my car before my R34 was a nissan pulsar, so no go with ryno.. thought that was interesting. $1350 with Shannons, 23, a few mods agreed, $34k r34 gtt, coupe, manual pay by the month at no extra cost ftw!

legalities aside.. so there is a safe way of using spacers? what things do you have to "tick-off" for it to be not dodgy?

what front bar you going to use?

surely a carbon bootlid would be mega $$$$$$$$$$$$$? i have seen a carbon bootlid, not sure where... i think yahoo auctions... yes, lots of the r34's have a little rust spot around the centre brake light. I got mine cut out, metal welded up, and resprayed (along with spoiler holes), you might find that's a cheaper option than a new bootlid. i think the spoiler holes are the same as well for the GTR and GTT

hmmm... what brand did you use? because from the ebay searching, it seemed some are meant for exterior and some aren't... $10 film or $200 USD cf part.... i'd be inclined to just buy a real good quality film for like $20 but yeah, if it's shit... well.... yeah thanks for the reply mate, anyone else used this stuff?

Hi guys, have an idea for something, i'm contemplating whether CF film could do the job, instead of paying an extra $200 USD for having the item i want done in CF. It's just a plastic blade of sorts, so not a complicated shape, it would be exposed to the elements (ie, the outside of the car) but wondering if Carbon Fibre film would be ok Is it just really shitty stuff? or once it's stuck, it's stuck on? I know the B pillar garnishes from Nismo are just a sticker really, and you can get cf stickers for the rear spoiler etc, so i guess it can be done... but has anyone actually used CF film before? cheers, daniel

yeah, i wasn't able to google much on the apexi turbos, but what i did find = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ i too have heard good things about the HKS GTR-S what $ are we looking at for one of those?
