so i could build one cheaper??? If i could build the above cheaper, then i wouldn't worry about it... i just thought that this might one of those ones which you COULDN't build cheaper. Also has everything i wanted. 16x DVD-RW, TV Card, Dual monitor gfx card, and really good CPU. Oh and looks like good audio too. I might give CPL a call, and see what they can do. RACV is a VERY weird one... they WILL insure imports, BUT they wouldn't insure my car because it has after market rims. NOT for the increased stealing factor but because it was a certain amount WIDER than the factory rim. Alan, you will NOT beat Just Cars. They have just set themselves right up for this market, and are actually pretty reasonable. Rating 1, for R34 i reckon, $1500? Which is bloody good i think. I reckon maybe a touch less. They want $2467 for me, full comp, with exhaust, suspension and wheel mods mentioned. Rating 4, drops to about $2000 for rating 3. Yeah, pretty steep, but relatively? yeah, all 34's had NEO as far as i know, EXCEPT the GTR's? They just kept a revised version of the RB26DETT. Would be cool to see a NEORB26DETT tho... i don't know if it would be as strong but...

dude, that's like $3100 AUD for a set of 18" GT4's, that's a bargain!! And i only want 17" so i'll definitely get in contact with these guys, if i'm lucky might be able to get it under $3000 AUD. That's crazy for GT4's. Thanks so much for that!

i don't think i have superior driving skills, no more or less skilled than the normal road user i don't think i'm a 'professional' i do think my 'p' plates stand for 'probationary' your points bout p2w, vic roads, etc are very valid. But please don't stereotype, it's not beneficial in anyway. yes i have an illegal car, but i want to race (on a track) and if i waited any longer for a R34, i would have been forking out an extra $5K - 6k. So i imported, saved money, and fully except the consequences of driving my car on the last 5-6 months of my P's. cheers.

sorry, wasn't very clear. I mean the tip bit, trumpet out, as in, diameter gets wider just for the tip bit? Probably just the angle it was taken on. Is it much different to an Apexi N1 shape?
