  1. definitely coilpacks, and yes you should have got splitfires. very easy fix, and the spires will take care of this for ages EDIT: what coilpacks did you just put in???
  2. as close as you'll come to a no brainer mate, Trent all the way
  3. yep no way my prev 34 was ever going to look as good as it did without Damian's and Final Inspections help
  4. have i missed the '11 DECA dates somewhere?
  5. that's that new number plate reading device thingy yeah?
  6. Trent @ Status is quite familiar with Adaptronic, and when i had the GT-T, we would go out a couple times on the road, Trent with the laptop, and he'd make sure everything was hunky dory during normal road cruising. He'd have the map up and change things if need be. Would highly recommend making the trip if you want someone very knowledgeable behind the laptop whilst you're driving.
  7. what happened to first one if you don't mind me asking?
  8. yep, the black GTT with east bear kit was mine, i do really miss her though
  9. i'll check the leather wallet in the car, had a few things in there
  10. Rays won't make GT4's in black as they're technically a Nismo rim. TE37 etc can be ordered black, but not GT4's, white/bronze/silver only
  11. Simple green is the way to go - great product and most importantly, eco friendly product. You do really need to HP rinse, just cover the coilpacks areas, etc and don't get too up close and personal with the HP unit
  12. unless you feel like coming into collins st, docklands in the next few hours with it just copied some stuff from a friends USB hd, about 2gb a minute - would only take about 10-15mins i reckon only need say 140 to current
  13. crunchyroll you can't keep the episodes though? i want to load a bunch of stuff onto my laptop
  14. ok, strange thread, i know... but i'm heading o.s. for a couple weeks and just bought myself a little craptop to take on the trip. Plan was to load it up with some movies, tv shows etc to help pass the time. Use to watch Naruto every week but for some reason or another (i think it was when i got a new pc) stopped around ep 140 i think, so i'm a ways behind sooooooooooo... does anyone have the Naruto eps on file?? that i might be able to come round and usb hard-drive that shiz? mucho gracias daniel
  15. didn't you buy the R months ago? could be mistaken i remember seeing it on carsales for a bit, very competitively prices VSII - white one yeah? i suppose the question is, have you taken it to Race Pace?
  16. as in the first post, parts are made here in Australia by JSAI, JS Auto Imports the lower lip will bolt on to the lower section (middle bit) of the front bumper, so it's bumper -> lower section -> lip no damage, brand new, never fitted parts
  17. just a question... as you're already aware of who makes the catch can, did you perhaps think about checking their website?
  18. hahah, Marko mate, 3 of the 4 posts above you talk about the fuel!
  19. pump blitz, i think the tuner may have half a clue on how to tune a GTR when a) has built/tuned a 33 R that was only about 1.5 seconds off a v8 supercar around sandown in full street-trim, b)done something on this build that many thought was not possible without a HKS ecu c) have countless other GTR's getting around oz seeing plenty of track time, from weekend warriors to Targa events. i think it's safe to say the tune is more than fine
  20. i guess it depends on how well the bonnet latch has been integrated into the bonnet? that i think the fg bonnets have more of a tendency to twist/flex go aerocatch or secondary restraint cable thingy
  21. yes, but having a secondary restraint for them is probably a very good idea if travelling at speed
  22. just make the secondary bonnet restraint with a cable with latch if you want. Enough length so that when the bonnet pops open you can undo the factory latch, open it up enough to undo the secondary restraint inside

    Buyer Beware

please Prime Minister me Al sorry to hear mate
  24. it's not illegal to go wider guards yes jap warehouse/mu secret are just selling JSAI parts ok, you're in a different position to most. You have the luxury of deciding which way you want to go, GTT sized stuff or GTR sized. Because you HAVE to change everything due to the smash, you have both options open to you at essentially the same cost. This is NOT the same for pretty much everyone else in this thread, as they have to work with the standard GTT guards, you don't as you're replacing them. That's why there is talk of trying to find bumpers that are GTT friendly, etc - you don't have to worry about this. You are not restricted to GTT sized stuff anymore because you are having to replace EVERYTHING. So it's a choice between a GTR front end or just the normal, narrower GTT front end. Considering it's going to cost pretty much the same, you may as well go GTR sized because it will bad ass
  25. charles mate, it's a layer of CF over FG, paint it if you want, really. it's ok just get a GTR one, get the R guards and buy my front bumper and lip
