  1. Catch you later Neil. It was nice knowing you. I came along in 2003 and was committee or president from 2004 to 2008 and I remember thinking when he got the Capri that we would be saying goodbye to him, but thankfully it wasn’t so. He’d found his home with us and was always there to lend a helping hand or a bit of advice. After working at Nissan, Neil later worked at BMW so he was again a great source of information for me and I’m pretty sure a few others when we eventually had families and moved on from our Skylines to bimmers. i also remember Monty and the other one (name escapes me). I’m 1.99m tall and those huge paws had no trouble reaching up to my shoulders. There’s a fair bit of lateral force (or is that yaw?) when an animal that big leans on you! Last thoughts here are for me. Thinking of you too in this time.
  2. I remember now that I had with this ECU, a FMIC, high flow turbo, Walbro 255lph fuel pump and this made 255rwkw with the auto. That fuel pump was running out of puff though and I changed it to an R34 GTR pump after that.
  3. Tuned for 480cc injectors. From memory the car had about 250rwkw at the time but it's been sitting in the shed so long I can't really remember. To be clear, this is the complete ECU with a ROM tune, not just a tune. You just plug and play. $100 plus post from Sydney
  4. I have for sale an R34 GTT fuse box cover which is etched. It looks like brushed aluminium but has an ABS plastic backing. I think it's made of the sort of thing you might find in a dash with a brushed ally look. $40 delivered. I also have a TCS flipper which works by turning your TCS off automatically when you start the car. You can then turn it on again if you want so basically the operation is switched around from auto on to auto off but manual switching still works. Comes with full installation instructions. $30 delivered.
  5. Motorbike land! Got my Fireblade down to 1:48's at Eastern Creek these days.
  6. Give me a call at work on 9264 3877 for a chat if you like. One of my partners is a family law accredited specialist but I have two more junior lawyers working in family law depending on the complexity. (No selling from me, just looking after SAUers where I can.)
  7. No ones wants? All free now. 2 x Michelin 270/65 18 and 2 x Michelin 240/64 18 Porsche Cup slicks. Past their best but still way grippier than street tyres and cheaper too. Fit's on 18x8-8.5 and 18x9-9.5 rims. 2 x 18x8 disgusting chome rims with Falken Ziex 225/40 ZR18. Bugger all tread.
  8. Yeah I heard you were getting soft in your old age.
  9. Rock and Roll motherf**ker!
  10. First thing is that the insurance co will try anything on, particularly with a younger driver. Call their bluff. A short polite phone call to say their claim is ridiculous and that you will not budge may do the job. Next help I think will be getting the other driver charged. Call the cop and tell him that you wouldn't have cared either way if they got charged except that now they are trying to avoid paying so would he please have them charged as appropriate. They attempted a uturn over double lines without indicating, stopped in a no stopping zone and drove negligently by not keeping a proper look out for your bro. If yes, take this back to insurance co for another go. Keep fighting their insurance co for a bit before you go for lawyers or your own insurance.
  11. Only have the slicks and other odd throw away tyres now and they are outside dying slowly in the sun as of last weekend.
  12. I need these gone by the weekend. Moving house.
  13. Make me offer guys. I gotta get rid of this stuff.

  17. a) Gladesville and the city. b) Parra
  18. I'm working for a firm of solicitors now. Milne Berry Berger and Freedman. We've done our fair share of traffic law but we do lots of other stuff too. I'd also recommend Shaun Titmarsh of Baker Ryrie Rickards Titmarsh as a traffic lawyer. I've sent a few friends to him over the years.
  19. Got some wheels and tyres for sale: 4 x black wheels, 2 x 17x8 with Federal RS-R with heaps of tread, 2 x 17x9 with no tyres. $400 3 x ROH 17x8 wheels with Federal 595 235/45 R17 93v - one tyre goes flat regularly but the other two are fine. I was going to use them for drifting, never got around to it. $50 2 x Falken Ziex 265/35 R18 93w, no tread only good for drifting. Free. 2 x Kumho Ecsta 265/40 ZR17 96w, have tread but heaps old so only good for drifting. Free. 2 x Michelin 270/65 18 and 2 x Michelin 240/64 18 Porsche Cup slicks. Bugger all tread. $50 0421 301 061 Cheers.
  20. Fixed. Somehow it was over 300% full! A couple of moons ago. Got two fireblades instead.
  21. The diffs are different. Less splines on the GTR, so no, a GTR splined drive shaft will not go into a GTT diff.
