  1. What does that mean? Craved - would there be any heat issues with the pump do you think?
  2. Those of us who have been around a while have seen this exact problem many times. I could have told you the answer to your query just from the title of your thread. If you gap them down to 0.6 the best you will have is a temporary solution. Get the Splitfires and be done with it. Stock GTT coils are shit. $1000 is a rip off. Should be able to find them for around $600ish. Oh and ditch that crappy fuel pump. You are playing with fire there. I'd hate to see you lose an engine through trying to save $100 on a the fuel pump. Someone with lower power aspirations will buy it off you as I would still recommend it up to about 230rwkw.
  3. Stock exhaust will restrict you if still in place so no point in revving past 6500. Unlike Bass I still have the 7050 rev limiter in place. no fair.
  4. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...showtopic=12142 first sticky in the General Automotive section There are plenty of others around too in the individual state forums.
  5. I've seen garden hose used but any sort of rubber hose split open does the job. Go and see Clarks Rubber.
  6. auto or manual?
  7. A few people have hit R&R without a boost controller but I installed one in the above example. darko - ???!!!?!?!! wtf? Have a closer look.
  8. I wouldn't do it without a turbo upgrade Bass.
  9. Sounds like the rich and retard thing. Check out this old dyno sheet of mine. The lower line is no boost controller turned on, full exhaust, stock cooler. The upper line is 12psi of boost. See the dip in the power? It was very noticeable on the street.
  10. Awesome everyone. Looking to be a huge SAU day out.
  11. If a GTT one can be fitted I have a couple lying around.

  17. That's true, and get someone to drive behind you for a bit to see if the car is driving straight or not. I had a friend tell me my car drove like a crab so we swapped cars and it seriously did look like it. (it wasn't the line) Also I know of another r34 that got hit the same way, car was doing about 60-70 and hit the line which was stationary. The line was written off.
  18. That sux mate. Louie at Xclusive colours is the man. Paints autosalon winners but is cheap and a nice guy too. Authorised with all the big insurance companies too.
  19. I think I spotted Eric - ECL in the city twice on the weekend. Big black drift sort of wang. I love the front lip.
  20. Well going by your user name you have an R34. The rail will not slide out the front without removing the plenum. It comes oh so close but I tried for ages and it wouldn't come. The gasket is not rubber either but if you're careful you can reuse it no worries. There are 3 bolts holding it on from underneath and they are all bastards. You need a 1/4 inch drive socket set to get them out. I think they are 12mm but could be 10mm. Impedance is an electrical term. Did you mean to use that? What injectors do you have and what engine?
