Are the series two brakes the same as the GTT? If so the same pads fit R33 GTST and R34 GTT I think.

There is obviously more to drag racing than just the car or just a power figure. Why else would Paul and Stacey be 1 full second apart in the same car? Why did I get 13.8 with 189rwkw and 13.5 with 228rwkw? Why did Brenden - ECR033 - get a 12 with 200rwkw? Sam got one at that power too from memory.

The two transmissions are pretty much the same in their major parts and gears but the valvebodies are completely different and the transmission control unit is completely different and is actually one unit with the ECU. I am some of the non turbo models had a separate unit for the trans but I don't know if any of them were tiptronics. If they were you could use one of them. Bu5ter has just built an auto up - of the older style your series on1 - and used a B&M shifter or something like that. I'm not sure what other mods exactly though. That could be a better option than trying to put some series two parts on your series one.

Maybe your boost controller hose has come off slightly or something. Check all your hoses because I had a similar thing in that the power still seemed fine but it wasn't reaching the right boost so I upped the boost and blew the engine. Turns out the boost was right but the boost controller didn't know it.

There are a bunch of bushes in your steering system that could be worn. You need to jack the car up and get in there with a tyre lever or something like that to look for any excess movement. On the R31's the steering rack mounting bushes go on them causing a similar thing to this.

Where would you get the belts? Repco or somewhere more specific? I want to replace all of mine.

Not exactly no. Not sure on R33 but on R34 the radiator support panel is higher in the GTR meaning the box and snorkle are a different design. Not 100% sure on size but I think the GTR ones are bigger.

I have driven a GTT with one of these turbos. Great fun. Comes on like a light switch so if that's what you like then good. They are Chinese yes.

Ok let me give a more considered answer; I have worked in the law for the last 7 years. If you take it to court it will come down to luck. Ie; which Magistrate you draw. I am not kidding. Ask any lawyer who knows what he/she's doing (and they are not as common as they would have you believe) and they will tell you the same. Also, I am not saying I'm perfect but I know the diff between 100 and 140 km/h and as people have said, if you don't then you probably shouldn't be on the road. Maybe get your eyes checked as you might be blind in one eye and not know.

You didn't read the threads very carefully because I know I have posted that I have 255rwkw with stock air box and panel filter. All indications are that it poses no restriction. Mik has something near 400rwkw in his GTR with stock air box. I might pull the top off the box at the dyno day to test the restriction of the snorkle.
