I think it probably hit about 1.1-1.2 bar. We all already knew there was a lot of timing in that mid range. Yes the engine was bmanned/dmanned/mmanned/amanned. I join a club that many of my friends have been members of for some time. Oh well. Bring on the forgies.

hahahaah I'm seeing prices around $5-8k depending on what gets done and how much you do yourself. A second hand motor from a wrecker is a different story though.

I appreciate that the answer you are giving is the best one for the situation but without writing an essay about the comprimises I have to make I can't get my entire situation across. Therefore I am asking some specific questions so I can make the best of my situation. Changing my tuner is something I'd like to do but I still need to find out the answers to the abovementioned questions. I know there are people here who know the answers, just hoping they might be able to help me.

If you are thinking fuel starvation, pull the return line off and point it into a tin to make sure there is fuel getting through. Maybe a connection at the fuel pump came loose. It happened to me but it came completely off and wouldn't start.

There's a thread that was deleted by one of the mods that got me thinking about this but it's a perennial issue.

I'm making this thread because I'm annoyed about knee jerk reactions and non coverage of legitimate issues due to fear and ignorance of the law. The fact is that defamation law in Australia is a mess and favours the rich. I can't see a workshop spending $100,000 defending their reputation over something said on here although there are some stupid people out there who have wasted their entire not insignificant furtunes doing just that. There is absolutely no reason why someone can't come on here and say XYZ shop built my engine and now it's broken. That is no more defamation than saying Prank looked at my car funny and now it wobbles. If people stick to the facts and avoid making conclusions then you can't go wrong. Let the reader draw their own conclusions. To be the fastest white r34 4 door auto and to not blow a major part up every 3 months.

Unfortunately not many go fast bits are interchangable between r33 and r34. Of course turbos are.
