  1. These were taken by Majanal during the sprint.
  2. Pretty much.
  3. Better not scan it while it current issue. Pretty bad form. I'll buy it.
  4. You should have come anyway. There were other cars with slicks that got a pretty good run. Anyway, yes there are still spots available for this.
  5. Spotted severl lines at Wakefiled Park today going round in circles.
  6. Prices were down today. (a little)
  7. Yes it does. Confirmed today. Williams - you did indeed miss out. There were no shows so you could have got run. We all had a great day. Bettered my previous pb by 3 seconds. 1:12.45 Woohoo!!!!1221 I won fastest 6 cylinder turbo class. Had some fun tussles with a certain MADGTR. We lined up together for a standing start 5 lap sprint race. Best lap times to that point were pretty much equal so it was a fair fight (I had semi slicks, he had a GTR). I won!!! Yay for me. I'm so great... just kidding - thanks paul. Good to see a few skylines out there having fun. It was a very well run day and I think enjoyed by all.
  8. About that. Maybe a touch more.
  9. Spotted a pearl (I think) white 4 door R33 GTST in Randwick today.
  10. Sunday Rain periods and isolated thunderstorms clearing early. But scattered showers and thunderstorms redeveloping in the afternoon in the south. Cooler, with fresh northwest to southwest winds. Min:11 Max:16 Where is everyone coming from. I'm in the eastern suburbs. Planning to leave about 6am.
  11. I used the buttons on the steering wheel from day one and it was a great idea. It takes a couple of months to get fully comfortable but then you are right. You need to press the button a little bit before you want to change gears so if say you want to change from 1st to 2nd at 7000rpm then you press the button just past 6000rpm. 2nd to 3rd you press it about 6500rpm.
  12. Don't know about the 4 door thing but you can't get a turbo GTS4
  13. It's on auto. Yes it does that.
  14. so US436 = AU379 that's still a lot but perhaps you meant rwhp which would translate to 282rwkw which is much more believable.
  15. Why don't you read the last few posts.
  16. I have no front torque to wind on Oh well it will be fun seeing just what RE55's can do in the wet.
  17. That's too late. All under control atm but the position will come up again at some stage.
  18. Well a foum member pm'd me and I gave them the job but they didn't turn up. I guess this isn't the best place to advertise for employees.
  19. With NEO RB20DE and RB25DET but not RB25DE the auto computer is one with the engine computer.
  20. Where to? I don't have it. send to sarpi at punkass dot com
  21. I had to send them the whole box. The converter is ok. Not really much different. One problem is that the overun clutch isn't engaging in second gear. Mike says this is probably because of too much line pressure and I might have to send the valvebody back to him to wind it back a touch. That's going to suck. It's nice and tough now but the problem I'm getting is that when I change gears the ECU drops the timing to take it easy on the box but since it changes so quick now and doesn't need that timing drop it's taking time to spool the torque converter back up and I think I'm losing a bit of boost too which can't then get back up until the torque converter has spooled putting a load on the engine. End result is that with 190rwkw and stock box I ran 13.8@99 and with new box and 230rwkw I could only get 13.5@103. On one run I short changed 1st gear which resulted in something like (I can't remember exactly) 13.8@107.
  22. $1.35.7 at shell apparently.
  23. You guys make me look like the Marlborough Man.
  24. Track days always fix my squealing. I have lost my rear shims though. I tried putting two thicknesses of aluminium can in there instead but that didn't work. My rears have been squealing for ages now but I've had no track days for ages either. Tomorrow I will pull the pads out, lightly sand them to deglaze them, then put them back in and bed them good and proper. Sunday I'm going to the track. I will report back on monday.
