    I don't use the learning mode. Maybe that's got something to do with it. 0.5 is basically off. You might as well turn it off if that's the boost you want. Also, you should know I blew my turbo with a spike to 0.91 so keep it to about 0.8 i reckon. The duty for 0.9 sounds about right. You might not hit it at that duty but better to be under than over with a stock turbo.

    I think also the solid lifters have something to do with it and displacement will usually give a deeper note too.

    Hey guys, Auto, Unopened motor, 480cc Nismo injectors, biggish fmic, biggish fuel pump, GCG high flow turbo, full exhaust including split dump. I saw 234rwkw the other day with some tuning issues still to be sorted and this was at under 13 psi. I want to run 1 to 1.1 bar but tuner is telling me to get a thicker head gasket. Do I need it?

    Unfortunately it is semi normal. I find a day at the race track fixes them. There is an extensive thead on this very subject in this section. Have a look for it.

    Your car doesn't need much fuel to idle. It's supposed to be heaps lean there. Running rich at higher revs is safe and fine.

    I don't understand what you're saying Duncan. I remember seeing that video ages ago. It made me decide that unless someone is right up my arse, if someone spins in front of me I hit the brakes hard. Cars spinning out of control don't generally turn around and slide back the way they just came.

Silver - should be right but it's a bit like asking how long til you get your next root. I don't know exactly but it will probably happen one day.

    I'm still trying to sort out some tuning issues but I saw 234 rwkw from my car a couple of days ago. GCG highflow CES split dump Fujitsubo 3" cat back with 2 mufflers for quietness panel filter in stock air box 480cc Nismo injectors ROM tune from Powerplay (still to be sorted) About 12-13 psi at peak power (also have boost controller issues)
