I have a fujitsubo cat back back which made about 10-15 rwkw extra when stock and is pretty quiet. I asked for a quiet one and got it. Has two mufflers that flow well but keep the noise down. Later I put a split dump on for more power but I didn't try dump with original zorst sorry. Seems a bit silly to me.

I thought that was only if you removed the cat which of course is illegal.

My dash reads more. I thought that all analogue speedos were out a bit. I've been in a few cop cars with radar (it tells your speed and the speed of the car it's pointed at) and at top speed. Never did the speedo show less than the radar, in fact it always showed 10 to 25 km more. Cop speedos are also re calibrated after they leave the factory every now and then to make them more acurate but as you can see it's still hard.

I've seen a VL with RB20 get a 12.9 I don't think he had many mods to it.

Maybe you could get one, manualise it and then get a slightly taller diff. That would be good and quick.

Bleed your brakes before you go to a track day. Your car is fairly light so the brakes I expect will hold up fairly well while you have stock or close to stock power levels. Check the meat on the brake pads. Check and possibly change your gear box oil if you don't know when it was last done. Same with the diff. I'd also change the engine oil. Apart from that you should be right if you've gone over your car looking for loose things and the like. Take a few tools with you cos something little might happen. Eg; I blew off an intercooler hose.

Which insurance company is that? You should be able to insure it for what you paid for it at least. It's good that it's a manual I guess, depending on where in Sydney you live that is. It doesn't have the giant wang on the back does it?

I've been down the strip about 30 times - all on one day - with no dramas. Apart from that I've only done it about 5 other times. I can't imagine what would blow. I think your brakes would give and you would smoke them. All speculation on my part though.

That might be more related to where your torque converter is rated to. I can't get over 2000rpm from mine without wheelspin or moving forwards.

Could you, would you put one of these 4 inch cats in a 3 inch system?
