  1. That's what I was going to say. I'm RB25 also.
  2. Here you go.
  3. I've got the info at home. Send me an email as per one of my earlier posts. There are a few emails yet to be sent for people who came in later. Will try to get to them tonight.
  4. I'm just about to buy a new turbo but if this thread comes up with a good price then I may be forced to run with you .
  5. The email has been sent. I specifically remember sending yours lucien.
  6. We've got another thread going about it mate but I'll let you know in about a month as we are waiting on some info. Good to hear it's running well though as you are the most powerful 4 door R34 I know about now but I should be overtaking you soon. Mwahaha.
  7. Nice mate. You could get Powerplay to give you a ROM tune of your stock ECU like I have but I'm not sure of the cost now. Either that or wait for Ed to organise the R34 daughterboards group buy thingie. How is your transmission liking the new power?
  8. Yes they use the same T25 4 bolt pattern as those turbos.
  9. From what I understand the exhaust housing is too small to be any use on any other nissan engines (ie CA18, SR20). 0.48AR It wont fit an Rb20 or RB25.
  10. Didn't we have an election only about a year or so ago and don't we only have to vote every 4 years in NSW?
  11. Tough is not the same as quick shifting though lukits.
  12. Meh, I think we are talking about poofteenths here. I mean there are plenty of other variables that are more important. I painted mine black and I'm positive it works well. Others don't and theirs work well too.
  13. Tough one to prove. How much damage?
  14. Happens all the time in personal injuries cases. One of my Barristers won the biggest $ personal injuries case in Australia a couple of years ago against the RTA. About $16-17m. Start with the council though because responsibility for roads is split between local councils, RTA and in some cases the Federal Government.
  15. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...ead.php?t=54462 In this thread that I started a while ago someone said they had theirs annodised to good effect.
  16. Don't worry just figured it out. http://www.fbperformance.com/techtips/transbrake.html
  17. No price indication as yet because they have yet to "finalise" their kit. About a month. They put a plate like this in somewhere and some stiffer springs somewhere else and some other bit's and bobs, perhaps some upgraded servos and whalla, bob's your uncle. What's a transbrake?
  18. If they are the same I might organise a group buy now that I'm experienced in doing them. Bit of a pain to organise but there is satisfaction to be had helping everyone out.
  19. I've been in touch with Keas and I've asked about R33's as well. I'll keep this thread informed if you all like. So far I can tell you that: They are working on a shift kit at the moment. It will be ready in about a month. I think he said that R33 and R34 boxes are the same mechanically but I'm waiting on confirmation of that. It's a JATCO RE4R01A "and is OEM on any Mazda and Nissan RWD. A variant is also in Subaru's. It replaced the earlier model 3N71B and 4N71B JATCO in 1988 and ran until 2003." I'm just confirming that he meant to write 1988 and not 1998 because my query was initially R34 related and 1998 is when R34's came out.
  20. Dan! Not nice in the for sale section. It's a fair price and he will get it.
  21. I saw a silver one on Park street in the city yesterday mid arvo I think. It was my first. They look good.
  22. I'm out sorry guys. Would have loved to be there but I've just been told I wont get my car back til next wednesday. Damn pearl paint...
  23. There is a small but noticeable weight difference here. An R32 with 200 rwkw should run a fast ET than an R33 with 200 ya? Looking around these forums I would hope to get 13.6 with my power except that then I remembered that I have a 4 door and it's heavier than a 2 door R34. Makes for better balance on the track but there is a little extra weight in it which may be making a difference on the strip.
  24. Yeah I've found that the handbrake only really works in low speed situations with the tiptronic. The only thing guaranteed to work is power power and more power. The thing is that our cars are set up to be stable, the 4 door even more so than a 2 door, so you need heaps of power to keep it out there unless you modify the suspension properly. I can do it a bit on certain corners (I have witnesses to my 4 wheel drifts on the last turn before the straight at Wakefield) but really all I'm doing is going into the corner too fast, hitting the brakes while turning to get the back end out and then using the power to keep me drifting. I dunno if this counts for the purists out there though. In fact come to think of it, except for pure power oversteer, that's about the only way to do it.
  25. Ok everyone. The deal is done. E_Lu-SHuN - $80 I will be sending out emails to everyone latish tonight with your code and contact details. At this stage he wants to do people in small groups if possible. 1st set of preferred days are Monday 31st Jan, Tuesday 1st Feb and saturday 5th feb (early start). Remember he is in North Ryde.
