It's the first time I've really looked at it and it's too dark in my crappy garage.

Sits in the drivers side air dam and looks like an oven element. Sort of curls around and is a pipe for something. Maybe brake fluid cooler? I took a photo but I don't my cable to download the photo at the moment. I want to attach my transmission cooler to it so I can fit my intercooler in the front.

Oh well it's a fairly light coat that I've put on there.

I don't think it matters what the hourly rate is. If they don't know what they are doing then they will take longer.

A radiator place will probably help you out fiarly cheaply.

Well it's not me in case anyone was wondering.

Radiators are black... and so is my intercooler now. I'm glad I asked the paint people though. They said that the high temp paint would peel off after a while so I got some primer for use with aluminium and then put the high temp paint over that. They actually got the distributor on the phone for me to explain it all. Anyway my cooler now says Bl!tz in cooler colour with black everything else.

I used lightweight shockproof in my diff and it seems to have fixed the occasional one wheel spin I was getting. I also put Redline High Temp ATF in the auto and it sharpened the shifting a little but not heaps because I didn't have the pump you need to get the fluid out of the torque converter. I think I'll go for Racing ATF next time but I want to make sure I've got some cash in reserve before I do it just in case. There's not many people know about R34 auto boxes.

I've found my brakes work a treat. Gtst's fading while I keep up the laps. Never had any fade at all. I guess I'm not going fast enough hehe.

Hey all, I've just got myself a Blitz LM Intercooler and it comes with a stencil so you can paint blitz on it. I think I'd rather use the inverse of the stencil and paint the whole thing black for stealth. Can anyone see any problems with this? I was just going to get some cheap arse black spray can. Does it flake off the end tanks after a while or what? Also if anyone has installed one of these on an r34, did you have to cut your front bar? Thanks.

It's not ramped at all at the moment. I might try easing it off in the lower revs so that it doesn't hit so hard. Just feels quicker with a hard hit of boost. Ta.

This looks like a good thread to put my question into. I've drawn a graph (using ms paint, please forgive me) of my boost curve on the road. It doesn't do this on a dyno but it does on the road. It's most pronounced in 2nd gear but does still do it in 3rd. I have the boost duty set quite high because it struggles to get to the set boost. (0.85 bar) It often peaks at 0.78 or so even though I have it set to 0.85.
