  1. As long as you are doing everything else right I wouldn't worry. You can write letters after they try to do you for it and if that fails take them to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal unrepresented and since you will probably be the first one to challenge it you will get your lawyers paid for by the government. They pay for you because they are using you to test the legislation and their interpretation of it.
  2. Can I be confused too?
  3. 1999 GT-t 30 Aus. Barrister's Clerk
  4. I know powerplay in sydney has a few sets lying around.
  5. This has turned into a good thread. someonestolecc - I think he is saying that that place but not that guy tunes turbo cars. There actually was an r32 GTR parked in front of the dyno when I got there. believer - just cos the seppos do a lot of something doesn't necessarily make it a good thing. Not having a go at anything else you said though.
  6. I'd say 18 inch because less side wall flex. You can get lightweight rims of either size but I suppose the 17's would be lighter. That would probably be made up for by better handling from the 18's. 17's use cheaper tyres though...
  7. I just got in the habit of turning it off when I start the engine. I think the ECU resets it rather than the switch itself so rewiring things would not help.
  8. Do you get any extra vibration at idle or did you up the idle rpm to compensate?
  9. Also 1 bar is 14.7 psi so you can work out everything from that.
  10. Don't buy it. That sounds like absolute crap for that money.
  11. Everyone has their on and off days. I think the trick is to find a place you are comfortable with and keep going back there.
  12. 1. You do get used to it. It's not a problem after a while. 2. I'm going to a drag day soon so I will test properly. 3. My ECU stopped dropping the timing on changes but it is a modified ECU so that might be the issue. It fixed itself now.
  13. You just need practice man. The people I bought the car from advised me to use the buttons from day one and the only time I have it in D is when I'm drinking beer while driving. Once you are comfortable with the buttons it's easy and also fun. It can't do any damage changing manually. I have put some Redline High Temp ATF in mine which has sharpened it up a little. I have found that no transmission people really want to touch it though . On the upside, I thought it was broken but it fixed itself.
  14. yeah i was just getting a run done to check my AFR's after the mods that i had done.
  15. And I suppose the 'S' stands for Sports...?
  16. yeah v8's. I think he runs some massive hemi in his Gazelle
  17. in like a thing that goes in something...
  18. 10 psi is low for this to happen but it sounds exactly like so many other threads if you know what I mean.
  19. I can't see how there would be.
  20. More likely only a V12. I think if you welded 2 RB26's end to end and 3 Sti boxer engines on top you would have the well known T24 engine configuration and if you coupled this with 'multivalve technology' and 'independant front suspension' with perhaps a dash of 'cloth seats' you would have a supercar to beat the world.
  21. You don't have it cos you have an R34. Use your buttons. You do have buttons don't you?
  22. It's the stock ECU putting a flat spot in the power due to higher boost probably.
