  1. That is funny... but sad too.
  2. You could organise a friday night pizza cruise. Or you could come to Wakefield on saturday and I'll buy the pizza in Goulburn.
  3. Teppanyaki is fun with a group like we would have.
  4. Heaps. I'd say bang for buck, probably not worth it. Pure quality no questions as to cost, well worth it. under $700 delivered to me HPC coated, perhaps a little noisier but I got boost at the same time as fitting it unfortunately for comparisons however my top end just sings now where it was a little choked. under bonet temps are lower that's probably the HPC it's a $150 option.
  5. Ok a dump pipe goes from the turbo towards the ground. It connects to the front pipe which in turn connects to the Cat. Some people make front/dump pipe combos (like mine from CES) which is one piece from the turbo to the cat.
  6. Me too. That's why I'm going.
  7. I wonder if you could put the Poncams in and keep the standard ECU.
  8. Nobody knows but there was a guy who went to all the effort and expense of before and after dyno runs on the same day at all adjustmements for the benefit of the forums (can't remember if it was here or SDU). Got no improvement, not even a change if I recall correctly. Also, I'm not sure about the GTT being detuned with the cams when it has what is it 30?? odd kw more than the r33
  9. Keep us informed mate.

  11. Cam wheels??? Are you talking about cam gears? They don't work on r34's.
  12. That's good to know. I didn't know you could adjust the timing without a replacement ecu. I'm definitely getting a front mount given your results. Do you still have a cat in there? I've got a "high flow" 3" but realistically they aren't that high flow. You can't proper high flow ones here, have to import them yourself. Do you have a flatspot at all?
  13. That moon is looking fairly blue atm.
  14. Hey guys how about this. I know it's short notice but... http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/sh...1525#post861525
  15. Oh get stuffed then Tosh. I want people who want to come to post up here.

  17. Ok guys I know it's short notice but what say we get a few people down to Wakefield Park Raceway which is near Goulburn in NSW (halfway between Canberra and Sydney) on Saturday the 5th of June. The track has had two cancellations so both days of the weekend are drive days (ie anyone off the street can come) but the Sunday has been advertised for a month or so. Saturday has not so it will be hopefully fairly empty and we can have lots of fun. Cost is $80 per driver and you have to have a Wakefield license which costs $40 for a year. (Some of you will already have these.) It's good clean fun and if anyone is thinking about going but has never been before, as someone who has only been to two I can definitely say that you will have fun no matter what skill level or modification level you have. A Skyline with no modifications at all and just normal street tyres will still be heaps of fun and there is no embarrassment in being slower than a Hi Po GTR cos most of us are. You need a helmet but you can hire one at the track for $20 ($50 refundable deposit), long sleeve cotton shirt (it's going to be cold anyway), and long pants. Post up you interest and get you friends involved. Cheers.
  18. Dude, You just joined these forums and you're effectively asking us how to break into cars. Yes some of us know but we're not telling you because we don't know you and for all we know you will not be breaking into your own car. No offence intended but this is a public forum and even if you are genuine it doesn't mean that all the people reading this are. .
  19. I'd come but I'd like to see another drag meet used as a guinea pig day. Tell everyone that X particular meet will be used to gauge the worthwhileness of doing it ourselves and make sure everyone gets there. Have a look at this weekends Drag Combat for the sad side of the story. You could try to make it more clubby/social by getting everyone to go in convoy and arrive together so we line up together (Is this possible, I've never been?)
  20. I got 162 but no FMIC and mine is an auto.
  21. Well it costs me at least $200 not to be at work on a week day so therefore it's $280 during the week or $150 on the weekend for me...
  22. It's a tight track for bigger cars. I was down there a few weeks ago and it's the first time my car actually felt 'big'. Do it on a weekend for best attendance I reckon. I dunno if maybe Sundays are better so people can prep their cars on saturday.??? I'd come anyway.
  23. a Ship carrying 3000 Hyundais and 1000 used Japanese cars has sunk south of Singapore after colliding with a supertanker... I guess this confirms that all Japanese cars get flogged off overseas eventually. I hope no one had a car on board.
  24. There is another thread on this. It's a sticky too but in it they fit the oil squirters in themselves.
  25. I beer you too.
