well i think so because it's now chirping at the top of 1st gear (tiptronic) and it never had the power to do that before.

Just thought I'd let you all know. My issue turned out to be the Crank Angle Sensor. I tried new plugs, then new coils (luckily had an identical car nearby that worked) but Crank Angle Sensor it turned out to be! My car is an r34 GTT btw.

Anyone know anything more about R34 auto computer installations?

A mate of mine is a cop and he catches people in faster cars all the time because he is a better driver. I've been out on the track with him and he is just amazingly smooth. I don't suppose all cops are as good as him but there would be afair few out there, particularly in Highway Patrol. I guess the other thing anyone being chased by him would have against them is the fact that his nick name to the other coppers is Mad Max! He didn't get that for no reason. Oh and btw Knore, I've been in the car when we chased and caught a guy on a ZZR600 purely due to his lack of skill.

Ok, so people say they get power increases from a FMIC, are they getting 30 rwkw (using the above example) or are you saying that you need to be doing something else at the same time to avoid decreasing your throttle response?

Yeah it wouldn't have been a problem if the road was dry but when I saw some light coming over the top of the hill I put a bit more into it and the wheels started to spin. You pull out knowing you've got the power but getting it to the road is another story.

Yeah man very nice, sounded awesome when you went screaming past me on the way back. How was that dodgy overtaking manouver of mine just after that? I had to cane it to get to the gap but when i gave it too much the wheels kept spinning. One time when 4wd would have been lovely to have!

I am talking out of my arse here but, reserve tank? Is there a separate tank? I too have noticed that there is about 15L left when the light comes on. Best distance from a tank - just over 700kms -was shitting myself, Worst - 196kms from 48L fill up. (that was on the drift/skid pan day in december)

Don't the skylines use that as an arial too? (thus the reason for it being thick) MY 34 already had the tinting when i got it and it wasn't bubbled but it could be stuck closer. The guy who tinted my front windows reckoned they should have done what your guy did justinfox but I think it looks alright as it is.

I notice he hasn't lowered it at all. I wonder what difference that would make... I'm intending on dropping mine an inch all round and later down the track going for 18's. Anyone foresee problems with that?
