  1. 32 and 33 gtst's ahve different offsets so it's probably the wheel hitting something.
  2. Don't do it. They need to be warm to grip and they are obnoxious to drive on the street. Get some Toyo RA1's.
  3. Check things like caster rod bushes and go back to that place and tell them that $120 for a wheel balance is a ripoff. $10-15 per wheel max.
  4. Hey ya dumbass! WTF is a suzuki zzr?! I say get a posty.
  5. Hey yeah, how stupid am I for not noticing that first? I should go back and edit my last post.
  6. They all seem as slow as each other from the perspective of someone who has never ridden one. They are not made for people 6'5" tall! I can't believe they do 0-100 in the 4's. On the plus side they don't use much fuel. The savings you make there will pay for an engine rebuild every 2 years. I'm lucky to get 220km out of a tank on my Bandit.
  7. I'm suspecting your caster rod bushes. Check if they are weeping for a start.
  8. Man this question is getting old. Have a look around as there is heaps of info on lightened and lightweight flywheels on here. All the RB flywheels bolt up the same btw.
  9. If I had lots of spare cash I'd get the 848 in white. Hotness.
  10. Pm sent Osheen. Toulia, it's not for grads.
  11. I think you've boiled the fluid. Some liquid or air might have got in there. Bleed the brakes again and that should fix it for now but if it happens again then look to the master cylinder. It's not the booster.
  12. I've got cams but my GCG highflow, which I believe has some sort of GT30 core, gets 1 bar by 3100rpm. Laying this graph over one with stock turbo and cams, the new setup has more power everywhere, not just higher in the rev range. In summary, get a v8.
  13. I have the Whiteline adjustable camber bushes and adjust them all the way out for street (-1.5) and all the way out for track (-3), although I've got a slightly bent lower control arm at the moment which makes this a lie on one side until I get it fixed/replaced. Omar, re your fronts, toe or camber can cause this. See if you can get the current settings for us. A wheel alignment shop might put it on the machine for a few $ and we can advise from there. That said, if your steering feels good then it's probably the camber which you can fix with adjustable camber bushes, providing you don't have too much to adjust out, or you can raise the car a little, or a combo of both. Rears, there is a small amount of adjustment for camber standard but you've probably just lowered it too much so yeah, camber kit again to fix unless raising the car back up again.
  14. And I've used the street pads on the track and they only last 1 lap.
  15. But you do get floaty from toe in but it certainly wont be saving your tyres. My alignment is a compromise. -1.5 deg camber, 0 toe, about 8 deg caster.
  16. Maybe we should have an SAU bring your bike out day? I've got a Suzuki Bandit 1200S now.
  17. As Mr Jetpilot says, it's not pads. When pads fade the pedal stays hard but it just doesn't pull up, when it's fluid related, it goes spongy, or even to the floor. Firstly bleed your brakes with some decent fluid like the Motul RBF600 and consider using 2 bottles to make sure it's a good bleed. If that doesn't work/help then you need to look at the next stage which is lines, replace with braided and again bleed well and all should be good. If this fails then I guess the seals in the calipers are rooted and need replacing but I would suspect the lines before the calipers myself.
  18. I've got a Tricky Dickies digital one and when I compared it to a proper gauge it was not accurate.
  19. Fat lot of good you lot are.
  20. As most people know I'm a Barrister's Clerk. I'm looking for a research assistant for one of my barristers.
  21. I don't know why you would bother.
  22. It's the boost controller. It should be able to hold 12 psi to the end and it's not. The AFR's are too rich up high as well but fixing that will only get you another 5rwkw or so. If you really can't get the boost controller to hold the 12 psi then you might have to look at putting some preload on the actuator or replacing it with an adjustable one.
  23. *cough* no problems.
  24. I threw mine out 1 by 1 as I didn't have the room.
  25. They are too different. The valves and springs would have to be different lengths. I am looking at the two of them right now. The exhaust valves seem to be shorter or perhaps recessed further into the head. Yeah the 26 covers fit onto the 25's. I've seen it done before.
