I can't answer the question about RG lines specifically but generally braided lines are great. Much firmer pedal and better feel. Easy job to do at home. Need about 2-3 bottles of fluid for proper bleeding though. I would strongly suggest you buy a pipe spanner (10mm) which is sort of like a cross between a ring and an open ender as it's very easy to wreck the nuts holding the lines on.

Well we tried one who installed an external aerial but it still goes through the glass without wires and it doesn't work.

Two of my bosses have Audi A8's. They have terrible mobile reception and we've found out that it's because the glass has a thin film of aluminium in I think for UV rays or something. It stops their e-tags working too. Anyway, one of them wants me to get his roof drilled for an external aerial but I am concerned about creating a place for rust to start. I know there is lots of aluminium in these cars but surely there is steel too? I thought it would be better to drill the glass. Can this be done? Does anyone know where I can get it done? Thanks.

I'd suggest keeping the stock intercooler while you have the stock turbo. Much better response. If you get a good zorst and inlet filter of some sort your boost will rise probably enough that you wont need a boost controller.

Since no once answered you I will take an slightly educated guess and say no, they wont fit. The bump wont hurt either I guess.

Not meaning to be rude but have a good look around. There's plenty of info. Here's a tip you wont find for yourself though; search the group buy section for valvebody or mv automatics cos there was a big thread in there a couple of years ago when we did a group buy that ended up having some good info posted in it.

I use cable ties myself. The big ones.

All you can really do is a full exhaust and a panel filter upgrade in terms of power upgrades. A valvebody upgrade for the auto will sharpen shifts considerably which will make you faster. Please don't talk about racing your mates on the street on the forums.
