  1. Ok I put my money in. For flooring we could all just lay around... or put picnic rugs down... or tell them we are going for the industrial bare concrete look... marbles... horse shit... lots of old circuit boards (ie the high tech look)... big stickers with a pic of a v8 and a red circle with a line through it and a sign saying "say no to pushrods"... old newspapers - anyone got a supply of Japanese newspapers?... bales of hay... collection of roadkill...
  2. I hate it cos it's too far from my place... nah just kidding. John and I have already spoken about a Skylines Australia Club/Unique Autosports dyno day. It will happen.
  3. Lots of them run 12's plenty in 11's and a fair few in 13's.
  4. Bump. Head to the link above and let's get this happening.
  5. In for the gang bang.
  6. I think it will be dry tonight but i can't go.
  7. I only recommend Louie at XClusive Colours. With a hole in a front bar they would do the whole bar.
  8. Ok I've filled out my forms now.
  9. So would I be right in assuming that you need some available headroom in your turbo? I mean that my turbo is already maxed out so will my only gains be made with timing?
  10. Yeah gets boring quickly. I have 270rwkw and am trying to resist the temptation to go for 300+.
  11. Looks like stock to me.
  12. I went there one time with my friend from Cleo Mag. She told them I was her "big boss". Got treated like royalty.
  13. A few of us are going for some Vietnamese in Sutherland tonight if anyone is interested.
  14. If you take a pic we can point you to where it should go but I think it's quite likely to go the factory map sensor that is bolted to the rear of the inner guard just infront of the booster.
  15. This is an r34 thread so this post is completely irrelevant and will only serve to confuse people who don't read carefully. FMIC in r34's rare give any power. This much is true. Dyno's do give very different read outs and are not comparable without controlled circumstances. For instnace, I went to Bel garage Mainline dyno one day and got 255rwkw, a month later on a similar day weather wise, with no other changes, I got 256rwkw on the Dyno Dynamics dyno at UAS. Now if I went to Bel and got 255rwkw and you went to UAs and got 255rwkw I would not expect that they would have identical power until both cars had been on the other dynos. ps. I now have 272rwkw on Unigroup's Dyno Dynamics dyno but got over 300rwkw on another dyno.
  16. I should clarify. My first line was a joke. The n/a one is obviously set up for suck and so may not work when car is set up to blow. Would have to look at the inside of it I guess.
  17. No they all blow. It looks like it should work but I wonder why Nissan did it to the n/a but not the turbo...
  18. I think you need to look back to the start here. You set it to 50 psi, then you checked it and it was 30 psi, so you increased it to 50 psi, then you checked it and it was 75 psi. It seems to me that the malpassi didn't change it's pressure at all. Either you stuffed up the reading of the pressure when you thought it was 30 psi or your gauge read it wrong. It looks like you got an incorrect reading, increased the pressure, got a correct reading, reduced the pressure back to where it should have been. That said I also am not a Malpassi fan. I had one and had erratic fuel pressure so I ditched it.
  19. No wait, I'm thinking of YU.
  20. Isn't UN in the cross and DCM's on Oxford st?
  21. Well I rode my bike all the way home to Sutherland and saw nothing. Didn't even get wet.
  22. ECU puts more fuel in when cold because the cylinders are cold. What happens is some of the fuel when sprayed in, condenses on the inside of the chamber leaving less available for burning. The ecu knows about this so puts more fuel in when the engine is cold to compensate. It assumes cylinder temps based on water temps. It's just trying to keep the AFR's where they normally are when the engine is wamed up. Also has anyone watched a dyno run when the injectors hit 100%? It actually goes rich. I'm told this is because they have given up all pretense at opening and closing and just stay open all the time. This means that much more fuel is put in at 100% compared to 99% than is put in aat 99% compared to 98%.
  23. sif I look worse than anyone. -100 bitches!
