hawks - so you sold your skyline and bought a Torana? imo torana drivers have more of a 'bogan' label than skyline drivers... I'm not saying its not a nice car, just that a torana has an image of big beefheads driving them

I don't have any expereince with it, but i'm planning to put a light weight flywheel in when i do my clutch next, it should give it that little bit more response/rev a little quicker... anything you can do to lighten up the drivetrain has got to be good for responsivness

Thanks for the replies I have had the oil temp up to about 3/4 of that white bracket at which point i started going a little bit easy on it to let it cool, generally it sits at about 1/4 of the white bracket Any ideas why it would have a non-factory blow off return line? purpose of it? (as opposed to the standard one)

I have a few questions which may be silly - but I'm willing to ask the dumb questions for the knowledge - Is a stock R33 GTR speed limited to 180km/h like Gtst? - Are slotted front rotors standard? - Is the carbon fibre surround standard for the 3 gauge set (front torque/oil temp/boost) on the 33GTR? - On the pic below of my oil gauge where is the 'safe' range? I would assume where I put the blue marks (in the white bracket would be safe?) Does anyone know what the temperature is of the top white line of the bracket? - On the pic below I have no idea what this black piping is between my radiator and my intercooler, this photo is from under my car, taken from the passenger side looking across, you can see my intercooler at the front, then the black pipe (doesn't look like its stock) then my radiator behind that... any ideas? tyres only have so much grip ... once you apply a certain amount of friction then they loose their grip and slide... if they grip x amount, once you apply x amount in a rotating manner then they will loose traction if you apply x amount of force to them laterally they will loose traction the reason cars can loos traction easier when going around a corner is because the tyres are getting force put on them in a rotating AND lateral way.... its pretty simple, im not physicist

so what if you are having engine troubles and you get out and pop your bonnet to have a look while the engine is running nice one cops
