Yeah I didn't know about the automatic car wash before but as for lowering,45-48mm drop,is it considered low (Tein S.Tech springs btw) ? I mean if you see Ford and Holden on the road sometimes,they're crazy. I only scrape big speed bumps and steep driveways though.If I really go over with ridiculous angles then it's all good haha.

Ahh I see.....I've had my previous cars detailed about 5 - 6 times before and none of the them told me about it ! Haha yeah I know what you mean,specially when you don't have a windscreen washer like my old R34 GT-T lol. Not that I'm gonna scrape the exhaust more often on purpose but if it does get holes then I'll have an excuse to tell mum (for new aftermarket exhaust haha) .

Nah,it's actually alot better and stiffer than the stock springs.Less bodyroll,sway and stuff . Haha yeah,she even controls all my bank account (internet banking),credit card statement and stuff but after she's still my mum lol and I mean it's true that no matter how much money you put into a car,you'll never get it back at the end. I'm pretty sure the cat,I'll upload a picture in a minute and I didn't know automatic car wash is that bad . I'll start washing it myself from next week,even the most expensive program don't wash / touch the wheels at all haha. So if you only spend 2-3 days at the house,where are you on the other 4 days of the week ? Lol Yeah true but hey I'm only 19 and don't even have a girlfriend,still a long way to go to even decide buying a land See it doesn't look that low right ? Haha I think the cat or the Y-pipe maybe that scrapes the most ?

Hi guys, I'm just looking around for tips or thoughts.I recently lowered my car about 45mm (lowering springs), obviously I didn't tell my mum that I lowered it haha.I went to HJ's drive-thru and washed my car with her today and there was no way I could've avoided the steep driveway at the end,then when I went inside the car wash machine,my exhaust also scraped the middle small bump (like the metal that has all electrical stuff under it) on the floor from the second I entered the machine. She has been in the car before it was lowered and said it wasn't like this before,so now she's really really curious and wants me to get it checked out haha. What should I do ? I mean I'm looking to get an aftermarket exhaust system in the future but will most of them sit higher or even lower than stock exhaust ? Or if I remove the resonators,cats and mufflers (I know it'll be illegal) and just put straight pipes,will they sit a little higher (less chance of scraping the exhaust) ? P.S I know it sounds stupid but I lowered my old R34 before and she was mad and said like what's the point,waste of money bla bla bla,you know what I mean lol . Thanks

Because it usually have that little thing that says "SRS airbag" on the side of the seat or on the pillars and mine doesn't. I'll upload some pictures tommorow to make it clear.

That's weird,mine is Type SP.I'm pretty it's the top of the line model because it has intelligent cruise control,side mirrors indicators and front bumper cameras. I think I'll just call the dealer that I bought it from.

6 airbags for both or just the coupes ? How come mine only has two (front passenger and steering wheel) ? Haha

Hi guys, I just have a quick question ? How come I see most sellers or dealers advertised their cars for sale listed them as having 6 airbags (both coupe and sedan) ? I'm pretty sure my sedan only has dual airbags ? Thanks, Jeremy

I bought my V36 350GT Type SP unregistered from NSW,mine has the intelligent cruise control,side mirrors indicators and front bumper cameras, I went to a private workshop and licensing was really easy hehe.Passed with HID headlights,no child restraint (lol) and 245/35/19 93Y tires when the placard says 225/50/18 96W front and 245/45/18 96W.They sell V36's but 350GT only,I don't know if it'll help you but here. www.prestigeautocentre.com.au www.allimports.com.au

Haha don't think they'll impound my car for having CF bonnet . I'm a good driver too haha,never received speeding ticket,not even one lol.

Does it have to be mobile service ? Otherwise,why don't you go to Tint A Car ? They did my Evo and I think I paid around $500 for 4 windows + rear windscreen + front windscreen visor strip.

Nah,I just showed the all the receipts from PayPal and they were quite good actually or maybe they know it's a Skyline (unbreakable / bulletproof) lol. They didn't even ask for the receipts for the labour ,like who installed all the parts and stuff.

I passed the written off vehicle inspection ,now just need to go the licensing centre and do the other inspection (whatever they check there usually). Thanks !!

Yeah I know,they're insane.I'm booked in for tommorow.I'm just gonna show them the invoices for the bumper,bonnet,intercooler,reinforcement bar and windscreen. As you can see here that was all I needed to change.

Hey, As you all know my car was stolen in September last year and the people who stole my car crashed and dumped it. Insurance didn't wanna fix it because they said the damage is more than $20,000 to fix so I bought the car back and I've only spent $11,000 on it and now it's all good. When I say it's all good,it's like in perfect condition both inside and out and mechanically. Now I wanna license the car,called the department of transport to book an inspection and they told me that because the car was stolen and had front end damage, it needs to be inspected for structural damage.I then called the workshop who does that inspection and now they said that I need to give him every single invoice of the parts that I bought or has been changed or put on the car.Since the damage wasn't that severe,all I needed to replace was just my windscreen,bumper,bonnet,headlights,reinforcement bar,intercooler and gearbox. I bought most parts off eBay last year,besides the gearbox (Hyperdrive bought and installed one for me).I didn't get most of the invoices or I might've deleted them off my e-mail. The guy from Uneeda Tyre & Smash Repairs in Cannington said that they can't go ahead and inspect the car unless I show him those invoices. What should I do ? Any help,tips or recommendations will be appreciated. I think the department of transport is just insane,too ridiculous. . Thanks, Jeremy
