er yeah i love having to break really really hard just to keep the car stationary also I love using much more petrol than usual, and reducing reliability of engine, tho its already ****ed obviously i was thinking maybe theres something wrong with the torque converter... ie automatic's equivalent of a clutch. but im very bad at diagnostics, especially about stuff I only know about from howstuffworks.com (they have very cool guide on torque converters tho)

I own an automatic mazda 626 1996? no mods etc. note to anyone: never buy this car. handles well, but breaks down after a few years. ok so the car's been sitting in the sun for a little while and I start it up. No problems actually starting it up, but if I let it drop to idle speed then the engine shudders for a couple of seconds and stalls or something, switches off. A bitch for reversing out of places when this happens ;P i have a few ideas about what it could be but im n00b so yeah anyone who knows what it is, please give me an idea.. thx all.

doesnt matter what car, just depends on the setup... easiest way is to modify the setups heaps. basically the best way is to modify the maximum turning angle and the amount of grip in the rear and of course better suspension for less body roll etc... there are pretty straight-forward instructions in the handling.cfg file at the top hehe. just open it in notepad and follow instructions please note that the physics engine isnt THAT great, so some of the less apparent effects of certain aspects of a car dont exist. and of course no camber angles, which is kinda cruddy, but recovering is never really a problem at all so no need. i could post a setup if anyone wants

It in fact is GRAN TURISMO 4! weeeeeeeeeee! there's going to be a drift mode, just like there is track and rally mode now! obviously drift spec cars will be available. one confirmed one is the infamous drift beast, the sileighty :D *somersaults*

I've been drifting a nice skyline skin (looks like a JGTC car hehe) around a bit and it took me a while to get the right setup going so its stable etc. anyone else managed to do this? also can anyone tell me how to capture video in gta3 without causing heaps of lag?

Which turbocharger is considered to be the best in the world?? I'm considering fitting one to a lawnmower (joking )
