Any good tuner should be able to tune a car no matter what is controlling it. It's about getting the numbers right. Not what colour the hand controller is.

Tyres are hell cheaper and more readily available in 17's. Also, you can buy semi slicks for 17's very easy. anything above 17 is for proper race cars.

To actually answer your questions, you would have to ask the person who put it on the left-hand strut tower.......my reasoning is as follows: Looks Pretty Balances the look of the engine bay i.e. Fung Sui Only place it would fit Give the car a balanced weight distribution
