  14. Don't shit over the finish line, bounce the limiter if you have to for a fraction of a second. Just back off or shit after the finish line. Stock BOV has a little hole in it that "leaks" to keep the transition between on an off boost smooth instead of hard on off. Tyre's alone should see you do at least a 2.0 60ft and get you into the 13's.
  15. pre-book
  16. Not sure what ECU that is but maybe see if you can get it retuned or flashed? You shouldn't be breaking axles with MT's and that power. Standard clutch will let go first.
  17. the elevation looks like it grabs some design aspects from the GTR. DSG is win, CVT is fail in practice, but win in theory, all others are old tech.
  18. get some R32 GTR wheels if you can to fit 255's Should be able to dip into the 13's with MT ET's. Though 98mph sounds like you're not getting value for money with your mods. I did a similar time in my old R33 GTST with road tyres. dipped into 13.8 or 13.7 with MT ET's, with only boost, and exhaust.
  19. I've got one signed of his old book. looks like a picture book? Can't remember, I cbf reading.
  20. yeah the badge.
  21. V12's still ask 100k don't they?
  22. PJ, right you are, that was for Luke. Thanks mate.
  23. Thanks all. PJ, As explained by Ian, there are many different support mechanisms and research programs that are funded by the different charities/foundations and societies etc. to give you just an idea of what we have experienced: Sydney Children's Hospital - Obviously provide medical car Starlight Room - Provide kids with a safe enjoyable place to play inside the hospital Clown Doctors - Come to the kids and make them laugh while they're sitting in beds they can't get up from and then there is years of research prior...much of which is funded by charitable donations. Also as he explained there are different types of cancer which require different types of medicines, science, ideas, etc to fight them. For example, with Olivia, she had a Stage 3 Wilms' Tumour. It can be staged from Stage 1 through to 5, each of which is treated differently. In each of those stages, it can have 3 to 5 different variations, which are all treated differently once again. further to that, there are now DNA tests they can do which further break down and change treatment again. So just imagine how many different type of cancer there are and then how many subsets of each one is treated/studied and therefore funded differently.
  24. The cycling I've done in previous years was for Multiple Sclerosis, which we raised over $45k for over the years. I will strive to fund research into childhood cancers into the future as much as I have with MS in the past, Thanks for noticing
  25. Hi All, First and foremost, I am overwhelmed with the support shown from SAU NSW Members and friends. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for even thinking of me and my family to organise an event to support us. That is something that I will never forget and appreciate greatly. This community has given me many great times in previous events, long lasting friendships and much more. I can now add this support to that list. Unfortunately I hadn’t kept up with the events forum in recent times and missed that this was on even though it was in my own backyard! But it looks like it was a great success and everyone had a great time. Congratulations to the organisers. My daughter Olivia is an amazing young girl that takes everything that's thrown at her in her stride. I have learnt a lot of things from her during this time. Patience, caring, acceptance and many other great qualities I would not have had it not been for her. She is currently in her 4th month of Chemotherapy and has 2 months to go. As explained in the first post, Olivia had surgery to remove her kidney tumour and a couple of weeks later started radiation and chemotherapy. Looking on the bright side, we have a beautiful 4yr old girl to cuddle at night and to that end we thank Sydney Children’s Hospital, the Oncologists, Surgeons, and Nurses for their amazing hard work. Without them she would be here to brighten our days. I am sure most of you have somehow been touched by the disease that is cancer. Some more personally than others. As a father, I sometimes struggle to understand how and why a child could be diagnosed with cancer, but the same feelings as a father help me cope with the events that have unfolded over the last 5 months. 600 parents of children get told each year in Australia that their child has cancer. While that number seems small, it’s 600 too many. Your support is amazing and greatly appreciated. TL:DR Thanks a bunch guys! Jason & Family.
