    Simple get an exhaust that complies. There are some made by kakimoto and fujitsobo that are legal. they have a 92 or 96 suffix on the model names.

    radiator place that actually makes/repairs them. most radiator places would just purchase a core from somwhere else.

    I have ABS on my '95 S1.5

    Its much like the front left of your car wears quicker than the right. It is a consequence of driving on the left side of the road. You just so happen to turn right more than left. therefore the rear right will wear more if you have an LSD/Locked diff. If you drove on the other side of the road as other countries do, you would wear the opposite tyres.
