  1. While generally correct, I would check issues like this in magazines with people who make the rules. i.e. RTA, EPA, and registered signatories.
  2. I can give you somewhere to stay and pick you up - but then im chasing someone to pay for your flight. yeah 90km

  12. Yeah the tiger, seal and lizards were all through dirty glass - hard to get good photos.
  13. Good on ya Andy - will be good to see this thing at a few club events, tearing up the tracks!
  14. - on the forums. - yes, unofficially - you wouldn't, you also wouldn't know about the car club itself. Although we do have a few ways of advertising to non forum members (word of mouth mainly and things like business cards) - I believe people who helped last time get a discount. - Not sure (and exec may be able to help with this). Although most would argue that $115 (non member) entry fee is more than reasonable for a full day of motorsport. - I am guilty of this, but we are trying to promote a fun, safe event, and desperate times call for desperate measures. We aren't running a nazi camp, we are here to run events that members enjoy. - All the info has been posted in the events thread, this here thread as a last ditch effort to gain interest before the event gets cancelled.
  15. These were actually taken on the 30/08 at Taronga Zoo but close enough. More photos here Constructive criticism welcomed - I'm a total n00b when it comes to photography

  17. This is why we don't have enough people for texi *shakes fist at Greg* So you're the guy who trashed talked on ausrotary forums then backed it up with 1 hot lap clocked at 1:04 huh? nice work.............Mr I can beat MS in a F1 car.

  20. I've seen way too many incidents when the person who admitted liability at the scene backs up when they are up for a bill. Even better would be to get a stat dec from the accused and then use that when chasing up your insurance.
  21. Ok, If I understood this right, damage was done to your property by someone else and was admited by that other party. In which case they are liable to pay for repairs. normal situation would be for you to get your insurance company to chase theirs up for the claim and then proceed with repairs. But if they choose to later say that they were not at fault, it can all go balls up. Generally I would suggest you call the police accident hotline and get a statment lodged with them to back you up.
  22. Cummon guys & gals, it's just around the corner from you lot!
