  1. hi guys im just seeing if any one knows there is a carbon fiber bonnet i can pick up off a mate it was in good condition but the clear was farked on it so he decided to paint it black. i want to bring it back to carbon can i paint strip it or sand it back without stuffing the carbon bonnet or not thanks for the help in advance

  4. hi guys i purchased this off a member to finish my conversion in my 200sx i wanted to run standard ecu but now have decided to go an after market ecu instead so up for sale are 1 ecu to suit r32 gtr rb26dett and one pair of air flow meters. price 220 for ecu and 220 for afms i can post at buyers expence if you would like pics just txt me ill get some up this arvo im located in port macquarie nsw contact shaun 0434390208
  5. Hi guys I've bought a 200sx s14 and sence found it is currently running the wrong computers. Yes that's right the car has two ecu's. It is running the standard sr20det ecu for the a/c abs dash lights ect and an ems 4424 or 4244 for the motor which is a four cylinder computer not a six. I have sence ordered an rb26dett engine harness,standard ecu and a pair of airflow meters. Who would you guys recommend or is there any one on this site that will do it for me. I just need them to wire in the 26 loom and make it run the motor, a/c, abs, ect and get rid of both the ecu's that are in it now. Just so you know the car is running fine at the moment I just have bad bad fuel economy and isn't tuned right. Let me know guys thanks
  6. so i mounted the harness today plugged every thing in except the coil pack harness as i have to wire new plugs onto it, turned the key and i have reds but no fuel pump noise. done some searching and found the earth output of the fuel pump on the sr20det computer is black yellow trace so with a test light i earthed it out and the fuel pump came alive i just want to know what wire i use off the standard rb26dett harness to wire this fuel pump wire too??? and then i need to work out how im going to power this standard rb26 computer to run the car ie what wires need power for it to light up. STATUS i rang around were i live to get someone to wire it one guy wanted 1400 which i thought was a joke and two other places didnt want a bar of it. so im given it a go myself ill keep you all updated on how i go. by the way to clarafy yes im running two computers the sr20 one runs the car ac lights ect and the rb26 one runs the engine only. i know this is stupid but this is how it was when i bought it but had the ems instead.
  7. hi guys im just seeing if any ne can help me. i have a 200sx with an rb26dett and it is currently running an ems stinger which is designed for a four cylinder not a six. so ive bought an rb26dett standard computer, afms and a engine harness. im a little lost on how i power up the computer as the ems was powered by a relay. im guessing at the end of the standard harness there are 6 plugs do i have to power these wires up to make this car run???? ive also got an engine harness diagram and an ecu pin out diagram, it states that pin58 is battery power (unswitched) is this just battery positive??? and pin 59 is power supply via eccs relay, dose this mean i need to fit a realy and run it off ign on??? so basically i need to know how to power up the standard ecu and earth it out. any help would be great thanks guys
  8. so all i need to worry about is water temp gauge as tacho dont work till i get a converter, and speedo and fuel gauge shouldnt be affected by the engine harness
  9. hey guys ive bought a nissan 200sx with an rb26dett in it the motor is pretty standard only mods are upgraded turbos from an r34 gtr, front mount and exhaust. it is currently running an ems 4424 or 4244 cant remember off hand, any way the car runs but the computer is designed for a four cylinder not a six and the injectors are grouped and coils also. at the moment it has a shit tune in it and fuel econamy is absolutly shit house im talking 250klm being sensable to a full tank.the computer is a map sensor type so i dont have afms and from what i can see they have used the standard r32 harness to the motor all they have done is chopped the blue plug of were the standard compter should go and wired the ems from there. so i have ordered a standard computer full engine harness and some standard afms and i want to swap it all over question one is will this work buy just unplugging one harness and plugging the other in and if not what else do i need to wire up??? will all my dash work still or will i need to rewire this also??? just asking as at the moment everything works fine bar my tacho because i have the six instead of the four in it. any help would be great regards shaun

  11. Hi guys I got a 200sx with an rb26dett in it currently runnin an ems. I'm not happy with it so I want to go back to standard. The ems is a map sensor. So I'd like a full standard engine harness standard afms and a standard computer so I can plug it in and off I go.
