  2. YEP. Piss'd, broke...and still looking for more power :-)
  3. better off getting a billet flywheel (if its still you still have the factory cast one). You don't want to introduce cracks and explode during use. 500 plus the money for a fly wheel is still a good buy
  4. 739548-9 are not bolt on for a rb26. They have a different exhaust flange.
  5. Let me know how you go. Pretty keen to get anthony@fabcar to tune mine once it arrives from Newcastle.
  6. Nah im in Port hedland. I just asked Paul to take it for a drive to iron out the wrinkles. It gets picked up friday Worse thing is it's pretty much a brand new odyssy (12months and $400) and it's stuffed - last one I had lasted 11yrs according to the build tag. I need to retract a statement about not needing to trickle charge deep cycle batteries in a thread I replied in recently.
  7. Well my car went for it's first drive bout an hour ago I apoligise to anyone who got held up at the uni after Paul stalled it at the roundabout and couldn't start it after the battery packed it in. Lol
  8. Didn't you build your own 26 for your car?
  9. not off the top of my head adam. Did you get your car back?
  10. cut and paste please...its members only access
  11. Fabcar now have xspeed's old tuner and Dyno....I'm unsure if they have started provided tuning yet though (and i'm not sure if the dyno is 2wd or 4wd)
  12. It's just an idea for something different. I won't be there so not really up to me lol Sorry - i wrote in the thread i couldn't make it. I had to drive upto foster to drop some things off. Car wasn't really ready either - i actually didn't even get to drive it before i left :-(
  13. nah, the ones at sugarloff. Apparently hard to get into, but much better then go carts go
  14. Jarad - thought about doing a go carts day rather then a cruise?
  15. Thanks mate, Failed springs arern't fun :-(. I'm using Tomei Type B's with the titanium retainers. Didn't go with a dual spring set-up as the engine redline will only be ~9000rpm and the cams are still relatively small. The tomei's are proven to be very reliable in similar set-up's so hopefully there won't be any issues.
  16. Balls - this looked awesome :-(
  17. Come on guys. What paul spends his time on his up to Paul. Don't spam my thread critising someones business. Mods please delete the above comments. They have no place in this thread. Cute what your implying, but just untrue. As far as I'm aware jangles engine is almost complete- his assembled bottom end can be seen in some of my photos wrapped in plastic.
  18. I'm a definate no again. I won't be back in newe to lunchtime. The GTR is alive again, roared back to life about 5pm this arvo :-)
  19. Impact rattle gun ftw. You may have to run a thread file over the studs before bolting it back up
  20. Newcastle - home of the chevy badge Lol Thanks for the heads up Ricky
  21. I've got the first red r racing modified hks blow off valves. It was that or the stockies venting to atmo (stupid arc piping kit)
  22. Missed me in the maybe category :-) Its a big maybe though lol
  23. Been a few days - been busy with family stuff. Everything is in and ready to go, but there's a water leak somewhere we have to fix before we start her up Will put on a better update early next week.
  24. I think i might still have to miss the cruise. Were going to be bedding the rings In and giving the car a Quick road tune on saturday but won't have time for a dyno tune. I'll try and make the Newcastle meet in the morning just to say G'day and show the car off a bit.
