Hey guys, I've got an 89 GTR. Mechanically sound and stock except for an AVC-R and cat back exaust. Problem is that the boost controller is set to run 1 bar and the boost solenoid is pulsing hard at 90% duty cycle to get the boost to ramp up faster. Its not ramping hard enough, it does hit 1 bar right at the top of the rpm range (6600 or so). I've been advised to block off the blow off valve return pipe to see if the valves are leaking (remember they are 16 years old). Wastegate actuators have been checked and cleared. Has anyone experienced this problem and any ideas as to what may be the cause??

hey all, Just want to know if someone could help me out. Went and got my diff oil (both) Transfer case and box oils changed today and i also got my injectors cleaned. Now when i picked it up i didnt really notice it but now the car feels like something isnt right. I can feel a vibration go through the steering wheel and the entire car on idle and when i do bring the revs up. It does go away after 3500 when the car hits boost but below that it just feels like its either missing or over fueling. I'm not sure. you can hear the fuel pop when it hits the exhaust and the general sound is lumpier than usual. Its usually quite smooth. Any ideas anyone? i thought it could be the mapping of the standard ecu so i reset that and it didnt fix it. Tried looking for problems like loose pipes or vacuum hoses. Its all properly fixed in place. I do have suspicions that my plugs may have been swapped but i dont know.... it doesnt miss up high when i take it to redline so other than that i dont know... maybe by injectors may be broken.... HELP SOMEONE???
