I play at night man haha. I used to work 12-8. Go gym at 10am. Do cardio. Relax. Go to work. Straight from work to gym. Do weights. Then get home at 9:40 then die. Did that for a month then started going once a day
Lol I was like that after 2-3 months going with my brother. (you know how hard my bro goes at the gym lol) But when I stopped going it all just went away. And now I got nothing again. Just had no time for it
