Yep can get a table just limited menu will know more tommorrow..I tried to negotiate that we are happy to wait for food with the full menu but they wont do it as have a big booking of 20 in there already and then our booking of 30 as well if all the peeps turn up.....

Sorry about that you, have been added to the list Mean Fiddler will only do a set menu...We are limited to 4 starters and 4 mains only as such a large group ...I will be getting the menu emailed tommorrow...

Great meeting peeps..... Thanks to everyone that could make it and here are the minutes and things that needs to be done by the 5th May : 1) Barrier around cars....Cones and danger tape (AdamR33) 2) Flooring for display...White/Blue sheets on floor with SAU NSW in graffitti (N1R33GTR) 3) 4xLighting stands to be supplied by Autosaon and have at all 4 corners of dispay space 4) TV and DVD player to be found and brought to Autosalon to display SAU NSW footage please pass on any footage that you have to myself (OZ, N1R33GTR or anyone else that can find one to borrow for the weekend.) 5) Banners and SAU material and NISSAN items to be put around display area for theme e.g business card, flyers, membership forms, flags, signs (GOLDZILLA, N1R33GTR,Abo Bob,and anyone else that has items ) 6) Have cars displayed by Model in order (NSA11N, N1R33GTR and other members on friday night) 7) Every entrant must have a SAU Shirt to wear on the day and would prefer to have SAU sticker on car aswell....Have only 2 weeks till Show so must stress if you dont have a shirt get one ASAP.....Which means NOW!!!!! If there is anything I have forgotten please let me know...
