First I would like to thank all who put this together as the food was awsome and the cruise was also done in very good detail. Well to those that where unable to attend the event was a very impressive turn out with well over 30+ cars The day was to nice with the temp going into the 30 deg mark . Our rebuilds have taken from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on what parts you want to put in the motor and if you are going to get balancing done and that sort of thing as most of the time parts need to be sent off to other places ??? If you are going for a stock rebuild shouldn't be to expensive and wont take long but if you are going to upgrade parts well depend what you want to do... I would ring around some workshops and get prices and go from there might not know what you need till you open the motor up??

I seen that one I like the look of the place but if we want to go somewere after are pubs/nightclub walking distance???

It not safe anywere these day just insurance is cheaper in different states we lived in adelaide and never left the car were we couldnt see it and we do it here aswell always in our view theft can happen anywere and if someone wants your car bad enough they will take it no matter what you alarm/security system you have I hope they get caught cause if they dont they will strike again and thats just f@#ked

Hey People I thought I would put up a thread for the last SAU dinner of the year (as it hasnt been put up yet and running out of time) So it will be a saturday night the 16th: at 7pm At Raquels Spanish Kitchen 98 Oxford St Darlinghurst http://www.raquelsspanishkitchen.com.au/Mambo/ We are doing Tapas menu which you can see in the link for the banquet it averages out at $12 a dish We are looking at order atleast 3 dishes per person with the banquet and that fills you right up but you can only have one or two dishes complety up to you.
