I would not of built it if they could fall down and we did it the way Abo bob wanted... It is fine the tyres have to get over 30 mm to get out of the rack If he was worried I could put a piece of timber up there that is on a hinge so moves out of the way when he needs the tyres

Excuse me!!!!! But that rack wont be coming off the wall unless you take it off yourself I made sure of that .... I build to last and it will for a very long time! (JESS!!!!) p.s lol

Just in case anyone has not heard but there is a drag day this up coming weekend at WSID start at 12 noon and final eliminations at 6pm . Jess and i are going so if any others are intersted we should meet up at the track if any are wanting too. looks like it might be a good event . :sorcerer:

Just your basic gyprock and timber joist/studs.... We put 6 bolts into each of the studs that we could find in the wall Dodgy builders were suppose to be 600mm aparts and some werent but what can you do Quite heavy with all the tyres and rims up there

well here are some more pics for you and the other pics are of abo bobs new tyre rack built by Jess with abo bobs help and i watched . i have not seen the finished product but ive been told it looks good .
