SAU SA hasnt been knocked down by keyboard warriors, know one until now has wanted to stepped up to take on the challenge of getting it off the ground.. I commend you guys!!

I have never seen a requriement to have a car to be in a car club or on the committee..If you are into cars and have the passion to help out that should be enough!! I think it would be pretty poor to turn down someone that wanted to help out just cause they didnt have a car.. Are you seriously going to turn away Non Nissan or NON skylines and stag even if the people are genuinely interested in join the club and paying cash... You want the club to grow and with that comes mates of members with different cars that want to have as much fun and be part of a club as there friends As long as the club puts out the right attitude and rules you shouldnt have any trouble with members cause they would be out before they could blink! Be postitive guys you need to get this off the ground..See who wants to join before you say no cause its not a Nissan! I am a perfect example actually..Had a GTR sold it now have a HSV R8 and will have another Nissan in the future but you wouldnt let me join just cause of the car make and model?? Even tho I am a Skyline/Nissan lover at heart.. Something to think about...

haha I created the facebook page as I found the petition while goggling!! Tell everyone to sign it! You have to believe and get involve to make stuff happen..I have contacted AIR and AMC with no repsonse on why the track isnt finished yet when they said "late March"!!! Will be emailing them again this week keep the pressure on

Omg I hope you guys do decide to go with SAU-SA and can design different looking stickers if worried people wont be able to tell the difference between club and normal SAU..All to be discussed ion the meetings So exciting I have been waiting a long time to see this happen and wish you guys all the best.. Aww Kel I understand what your saying but as below when people have to dig into there pockets and pay it can iliminate some of the "idiots" Yes you would think so but alot of people just join a club so they can get there CAMS licence and belong to a Cams affiliated club we have a few in mine like that Kellie - have your meeting to find the people that are dedicated to making this work...It's really hard to find dedicated committee members and volenteers then when you have enough people to start a club think about membership prices and what you get with your membership. Maybe draw up a coming events calender and should have a get together planned to draw in and get more people involved.. Also you will find the Club is more off the forums or you would hope you guys can have your own subsection that members only that have paid can see -- Have more face to face meets then just chatting on the forum it helps!

Contact Cams and have a chat to them there will be a SA Office there are fees to become a CAMS affiliated clubs I was VP for SAU NSW and now the Secretary for Southern Sporting Car club here in NSW.. So if you need any help with stuff let me know ..Think I even sent Madaz a mock up of a car club consitution Will be good to see a club start up!! Was a shame when SVD died and SAUSA never got off the ground Go Kellie!!

Aww really .. The cars in bits now as upgrading again so wont be together in time I was waiting for a phone call to see if I could get in and it never came and I forgot about it.. Oh well would of been a top weekend..Will be a must next time!!

They all pump oil out when at high revs from the head as the oil cant drain to the sump quick enough. Mine used to fill up after a full day at the track Depends on how big the catch can is to get concerned??Thst why I like the two can system one mounted ontop of the head and breathers going to a seond can situated near my headlight If the catch can was filling up with general driving thats blow by

Just have to say that I found so many pit crews and driver to bevery friendly on the day.. You are often a little intimidated to go up and say Hi.. But found yesterday to be great I even had a total stranger pit crewing for a wrx tell me who won the V8's in Vic as he overheard my conversation to a friend! Was spewn the car I was pit crewing for went home early with an issue but that's motorsport for you!! Well done to all entrants and pit crews and organisers was a fantastic day and the calibar of cars was brillant!! Alot more organised this year I wonder how many people walked through the gates?

Nope I got the privalage of driving Gregs S15 for the day...OMG I love that car!!! I wasn't a fan of big single turbos but that thing is just awesome when your driving it right!! Loads of fun all day and even took Steveo around for a ride There was a bit a shenanigans with me letting off a fire extinguisher on Benny by accident as well Yeah and your burnt red brakes..Ferrari wannabe Bring on the Next SS!!!
