Just spoke to Adam at Wakie: Can run the days anyway you like Saturday starts at 9am is practice and Qualifying and each driver must do minimum of 6 laps to establish times Sunday starts at 10am and is "Racing" Can run it any way you like as long as the team does 6 hours of racing there is a velcro stripe attact to your car which lets everyone know that is the car racing at that time. All drivers get up to 2.5hours driving time on the day. If you wanted to do 20 min session bring the car in pull velcro stripe off put on next car and off you go for total of 6 hours that is allowed. Total cost is $1500 and only includes one pitlane garage. All other cars in team will hire extra garages for $250 or carports for $150. If your team does not do 6 hours of driving time it will be qualified as DNF (Did Not Finish) Entry Forms and Supp Regs are available now on Wakefield Park Website so I am told by Adam

Awwwww I need emcons to know when you guys are serious or not I reckon a drag racer would be reading heaps of data like temperature input for exhaust gas, cylinder head or water sensors. there engines are under loads more stress and would be cool to read all that ...just sayin

The dash can read all that..It can even plot out the track your racing on. I'm pretty sure it comes as a 3D image on your laptop *but dont quote me on that* I was getting told alot of info at the time ..This is why I want one so bad there flippin awesome! For someone that wants to become a better driver all these features the Mychron and MXL dash offer are a massive help..

I wouldnt say any particular stage..It's just what you want to use and personal taste..I mean they have a "street" version of the dashes..so just up to you on how much stuff you want to read on teh car and about yourself as a driver. The Sports sedan we are building . It will be great for as can set up warning lights like you said and have it all package in one neat little unit..I like the Rev limiter display and the data logging it can do..We are running a "haltech" and what ever it is reading already I dont need to overlap..So I can have even more channels to read and log things. We only race in club stuff but I think the dashes I'm looking at can help you find out more about the car and things about you as a driver and what you can improve on. Will be great for me as will get good advice on what I am doing wrong after sessions in the car.
