I think it comes down to how you treat your evo. Ive just clicked over 230,000kms its had 310awkw for 120,000 and been on ethanol since 36,000. Gets tracked, goes to the drags. Hasn't missed a beat.

I've been using the Autometer wideband. Was going to use a AEM but went the Autometer as it has self calibrabation on start up.

nothing wrong with the 6 speed box. My evo has 220000kms on it had 300kw for most of that with lots of track/drag thrown in. All ive done is replace the clutch. Mechanical sympathy is the key.

A lot of cheaper degreasers have mild caustic in them. Caustic is what you use to strip anodise off aluminium. Be very careful using truck and some degreasers as they can damage aluminum.

Iam SURE you have made a good living out of importing and selling cars so the rant about costs and the like are rubbish IMHO If it was so terrible in being in the import business why would you look start up another company...... People on here and like myself aren't stupid and as some import yards think we are. We do our due diligence in checking and re checking the car we are purchasing. If car yards try and pull the wool over our eyes we will expose them for what they are..... There is a lot of import yards and importers that do the right thing by the customers and have a great standing in the import fraternity and people are happy and willing to recommend them. But when those companies and importers lead customers up the garden path so to speak then consumers will voice there opinions. Just my 2c

Iam going to try next oil change Shell Rotella 10w 40. Supposed to have good neturalisers in it. Seems to be all the rage with E85 users in the states. Its not bad priced either.
