On. 98 it was around. 370 ish before clutch showed signs if slipping will be over 400 on e 85 for sure just waiting for a dyno spot now.
And 21 psi I think but going for 30 this time !
Nah not nismo but is factory colour, congrats on another rug rat I'm a little scared to go again lol, been a busy year though brain tumor , 4 month old (at the time ) and building a Gtr but it's almost done just final tune to go
I'm thinking its a pinched wire in main harness behind engine that maybe contacts metal somewhere depending on movement of engine, if it were me id pull that wire out back to firewall and run new one to temp sensor or at least check it with multi meter or grab wires and wiggle them with ignition on and someone watching gauge should be able to find it pretty easy as clearly the clutch has no real effect on engine temp failing that it must be cluster
Havnt seen a 34 boot for a while but I'm making two 10" boxes for my 32 behind the seat and now I'm leaning towards completely hidden as in facing the rest seat and the. Just a carpet covered face plate so the setup can't be seen when the boots open. Don't know if it would work in a 34 though.

Well after a radiator hose issue it's all running now and to be honest it feels like a stock clutch! Zero noise and it can be slipped with no issues so providing it doesn't explode lol very happy with it so far and I was sick of the twin plate rattle but I was expecting some noise but there is really none, thanks jb

Mate just re sell them , get cams and 2000cc Injectors I've seen your car the money spent is already done lol just keep going and never ever count the cost lol
Good mph but Max kw is so subjective luke has rb30 is turbo the same as yours ? He has cams which I know you don't and maybe different brand of injectors ? Just change to 2000 and forget they were even an issue lol
Did u ask for safe tune? Or big numbers? I asked for as much boost as turbos can handle but mines not every day car , we shall see really soon what result is but I'm very sure it will be worthy of this thread lol
Bugger I will have a look at my spare box and see if I can help in anyway sounds like the drive gear is stuffed though, did u make sure the cable located correctly at both the cluster and the gearbox?
Well my clutch is on its way! Jim looked after me alot with price which was good of him , soon as its in I will get it tuned to its potential and head to drags hopefully with no explosions lol. Then fingers crossed I get banned for running sub 11 then no need to worry just cruises and hill climbs etc. I'm thinking if switching back to street tyres instead of semis to make an easier weak point in driveline but will keep u all posted
I spoke to jez about it as well who btw doesn't have an issue with unsprung but provided it will hold 450kw id go with sprung centre but will need further discussion with jb although jez said in his opinion solid centers are stronger, anyway I really appreciate everyone's input, australia is a democracy and so is sau and its what makes it great on both counts
Clutch was new when the car went to dyno, it's a carbon clutch , jez filmed it and above 360 kw it was clear the clutch was slipping as revs increased but speed didn't it actually started to decrease so jez just did cruise tune to avoid further damage
