  1. with the 2.2 it bogged down. didnt completely drop the clutch. Time for that was a 12.7 with a 113mph i think ?
  2. In relation to results at WSID - LOL First time at the drags, I had 3 runs. Two of them i absolutely buggered up. The first run bogged down with a 2.2 60 foot time. Runs were done at 15 pound boost, because my boost controller was playing up I'll be back next week a fair bit earlier
  3. No it doesnt pete I think i need to buy a 31
  4. Thanks guys Big thanks to Jim @ CRD + Nathan at grey imports for the 'build' Clutch was a custom 9 puk ceramic from UAS. Beautiful to drive on the street, and hopefully will handle the launches pretty well. Hopefully the gearbox or diff dont break :S The boost isnt dialed in properly, thanks to my boost controller. So for the first couple of runs I will probably only be running 15 pound (stock actuators). These turbos are way bigger than the gt-ss's and is probably why they take so long to spool. Merli's/kababs car produces similar power at higher boost, but produces it much quicker ..... Once again thanks, and I hope the weather holds up
  5. Mods: Power FC Boost @ 18.5 Garrett GT2560R Tomei poncam 260/9.15 in/ex nismo afm's Sard 700 injectors full exhaust Think thats about it I think its worth the money i spent I will be at WSID today. See what sorta times I can pull
  6. Boost and a proper tune (PFC) is all you will need for 350rwhp You will probably find that isnt enough
  7. Ladies and Gents Just got back from a tune at croydons. Results are below. Figures are awkw I think im reasonably happy?
  8. Ive had a 32 gts-t and a 33 gts-t I decided to upgrade to a 33 gtr There is no comparison between the gts-t's and the gtr's
  9. NO EMS number means it hasnt been sent out yet
  10. Nice power But you are running how many psi of boost ? 19.5 psi is waaaaay too much on stock turbos
  11. You should be right mate. Things like this take time. Factor in up to a full week for freight (7 working days) Bear in mind, it can be held up in customs and quarantine for a while too
  12. Nismo afm's are bolt ons I dont think I did anything wrong ? I just think that the display is locked out and its using the right option. I am going to reinstall the old afm's and go from there
  13. I dont think so I mean i can move the cursor over it, and then back out But when i go to start the car, it starts idles for a bit and then dies I think i am going to have to install the old afm's
  14. I can however edit the %'s next to them BUT i dont know exactly what to add ?
  15. I cannot choose that option ? I have 5 options on the screen, but I cannot individually select one of them. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? How do I choose the vg30 option? I'm guessing that the reason for this is that is because my tuner has completely locked out my screens. Thats why im very shitty. The only thing I can do, is edit the voltage %'s. But I dont really know what to add
  16. I have installed my nismo AFM's, an d now, unfortunately I cannot drive (or start) the car, because the AFM's are a fair bit different compared to the stock afm's Does anyone know the values I need to enter into the pfc to adjust the afm settings so that i can at least drive it to the workshop ? Cheers Tommy
  17. I need to upgrade the wiring to my fuel pump so I can run the standard gtr pump @ close to 14v Does anyone have any detailed pictures of how to do it? I understand i need to put in new wiring + relay and fuse and have this connected direct to the fuel pump Does this mean i need to physically remove the fuel pump and connect the new wiring direct to the pump itself, and put a hole through the grommet and all the other stuff ? Do i need to cut one of the wires leading into the nissan typical 5 plug and connect it to the relay I would really appreciate any help, because i need to get this done by tuesday Cheers
  18. Reason why they die is because a lot of people import jap shitboxes. These cars have been thrashed by the japs, worth nothing, and are sold to aussies for top dollar. They are then thrashed over here, then the engines die. It takes a fair bit to kill an rb26. The reason why they die is poor tuning, or just wear and tear. If well taken care of, they should last past 300,000 kms. Most of those 32 gtr's would have close to that if not more
  19. I have these on my car, albeit it aint tuned so I cant really comment too much. They are 320 HP turbos, not 400hp. The garrett website states this distinctly. In my current state of tune, it definitely takes a bit longer to spool up, but cant say 100% when i get max boost. It will be tuned by tuesday, so I will be able to tell you then. I think they are a good deal
  20. Sounds very interesting But it is a long way away, and sometimes other things prop up, especially on a tuesday. But I am interested nonetheless
  21. jerry, I will contact you to pick my one up soon
  22. Type s? Integra ??? Why ?
  23. i wouldnt bother. Its the same car, but it looks different and is 3 years newer ?
  24. Ummm, no not really Please dont remind me, because then I'll probably look into upgrading my rotors + calipers and suspension
  25. Sure I wasnt saying anything about Toby - I was trying to relate it more to how society (and the police) generalise skyline drivers. I agree that a lot of people hoon around in skyline, but just because I own one, doesnt mean I do
