  1. all received thankyou very much
  2. how much for a lightweight flywheel for bcnr33 ? PM me thanks
  3. go to www.nengun.com
  4. mate you are better off getting one in from japan. Like i said in the other thread, 500k yen (approx 4-5k US plus about $2k MAX in shipping costs) should get it to you in the states Thats much cheaper than anything you will get from aus
  5. I havent found instructions BUT, you can download a wiring diagram in english for these gauges. I have this at home, but cant remember where I downloaded it from. I did however find it in google. Search for it in there, as a pdf
  6. Its cheaper to do it from japan. You can pick up a 33 GTS-T from as little as 300,000 yen fob which is approximately 4 grand aussie, which is something like 3k american plus shipping
  7. Provided the car complies with our ADR's (seatbelts, intrusion bars etc) and passes a blueslip, it shouldnt have any worries. This is, provided it is a 89/90 model. If its a SEVS car, then you can forget about it
  8. out of curiosity Is there any chance of getting a thermostat fitted to these kits ?
  9. exactly Same with all the cars ive registered - R33 GTR, GTS-T, 32 GTS-t and 180sx Dont worry about it
  10. Shell, im still awaiting on my cams card. Am i meant to get one? I signed up a few months ago Thanks
  11. id be saying something like 200k+ I wouldnt look at the steering wheel (looks worn + damaged), but the other things are fairly worn also - knob and handbrake. Seat looks a bit worn/faded too. If the engine bay is REALLY dirty, expect 150k+ But do not worry, pretty much all 32's coming in are like that. Ahhh, the beauty of wound back cars. Japan, gotta love it
  12. im also expecting mine mon/tues Cant wait
  13. Whoops
  14. hahahahhahahaha
  15. i just bought a mechanical one for quite cheap. Greddy Brand, shipped from nengun. Go have a look. My problem is, that im now tempted to buy a set of Electronic gauges (oil temp + pressure)
  16. Run a multimeter to the speedo/rpm points on the ECU If you get a change in impedance ? Then they are working, and your speedo and odo motors are stuffed Otherwise - im not sure ? Cant really help any further
  17. nope on the 33 they are the same, GTR or VSPEC GTR. brembos front and rear. The 32 had brembos on the VSPEC models and nissan brakes on the non vspecs
  18. ummmm you couldnt tell by the computer Easiest way would be by the finned diff Another way to tell is via the chassis number - verifying it against nissan FAST. That would probably be the biggest guarantee that its a vspec
  19. Not much time, i know Probably tune through Bel. I really need to do a whole heap of shit before it gets to the tuner Fit the exhaust + front pipe Oil cooler New spark plugs + oil change Power FC (easy i know) some gauges And get my front bar + lip fixed up Thats about all really But hopefully i will see you guys there
  20. i know this has been answered many times before BUt quickly - Vspec has the attessa PRO computer, which samples at 1000 times per second as opposed to the standard GTR @ 20 times per second Vspec has a finned diff cover Vspec has different suspension which is 10mm lower I think the front diff is active on the vspec (in that it can shift between left and right wheels up the front) But thats really about it (in terms of the important differences)
  21. 9 psi is the correct figure But depends which series of gtr you are referring to I do believe they all ran slightly different amounts of boost. The 34 the most and the 32 the least.
  22. I need to remove my front bumper from my GTR 33 to fit my oil cooler. How do I take it off ? Ive undone the plastic bits on the outer edges/bottom (things covering the wheel arch + the air guides to the brakes. Ive removed the lip. Are there any clips in the middle part of the bumper ? Is it possible to remove the grill bit of the bumper because it seems to be stuck ? What else do i need to remove because it isnt budging Many thanks for your help
  23. nothing mona I just wanna get it tuned before i do some serious cruizing
  24. ill try to make it but it depends on whether my car is ready or not
  25. fair enough On the centre cover (on a gtr) covering the spark plugs, i had one of the allen nuts stuffed. I drilled through the head part and the cover came off. Easy - no probs Im guessing the cam cover must be slightly different on a rb25/20 ?
