i know that if put more boost in it will shorten the life span of the turbo but i want to know what would be a safe psi as a daily. Im well aware of the risks involved but i just want to hear some oppinons, not smartass comments. if your gonna take the piss take it somewhere else or keep it to yourself

Hey guys im going for a retune on Monday but this time im getting 555cc nismo injectors and a z32 afm put in. My previous tune made 246rwkw on 16psi but bleeds back to 15 with supporting mods: RB25DET with standard internals JPC Highflowed turbo Walbro 255lph in tank fuel pump 3" exhaust with high flow cat FMIC Splitfire coilpacks Power FC My question is how much boost can a highflowed turbo handle? The previous owner had highflowed the turbo at JPC and apparently JPC told him that it can handle 400-450hp?? Im hoping that 18psi can see me around the 260+rwkw? Cheers Levi

500hp does sound like bulshit to me aswell, though im not considering that much power but im sure it can handle 350hp

From what the manufactures say it can easily handle 80psi or more. then again I guess its all theory

From what my tuner told me is the Walbro 255lph are known to make 500hp atw. Considering it is original, and alot of people on this forum are making over 300rwkw with the same fuel pump. Maybe just bad fuel... Iv got the same fuel pump myself and also getting installed 555cc injectors and looking at making the same power...il let you know how it goes
