  1. I have had a similar idea, only involving a screamer. I wish to have the screamer coming at 45 degrees on my LH fender so when I come up behind a cyclist I can gate and blow them off their bikes. God damn cyclists. Only thing stopping me is the obvious "going to melt my fender with raging flames" and the whole "cops don't generally like that".
  2. I've seen brakes not clear 19's on a r34 gtr, he had to get specific 19's but mostly ran 20's. Dunno what brand of brakes they were but 8 pot fronts and 6 pot rears, set him back around $15k I believe.
  3. Holy god damn this is cheap, and from the looks in good condition. If I had the cash I would be on the first plane over there to pick it up. Good luck with the sale.
  4. I am also curious about this. What about in the way of crankshafts and bearings?
  5. You need to look back a few pages, try to find my post and pictures. Short answer: Perfect. Get coilovers and slam it. I would change rubber to 225/45 and 245/45 personally for more low.
  6. I can't watch the videos while at work.. But this ONLY happens when it is cold? Or happens when the car is first turned on? How does the car run once you start driving?
  7. Perfect. Absolutely perfect. Just remember to roll your guards, then enjoy wonderful offset - I had the same and it was immaculate. Front at 0, rears are around 1.5 and it was 5mm poke both sides.
  8. If you are slapping those wheels on and lowering, roll guards is a must. If you have it stock height, I don't see any issues, maybe a slight scrub on the front guard. Front poke, rear tuck.
  9. You weren't looking hard enough haha. There are some on here, but far and few between. Search for my post, I had 18x9.5+22 on the front and 18x10.5+30 rear. Front was 0 camber, rear was natural (around 1 deg neg) and car was slammed. Both poked by around 5-10mm: not too aggressive that cops want to pull you over, but still a very nice offset. The equivalent to mine is 18x9+16 up front, and 18x9+11 rear. If you plan on slamming your car, run stretch or you won't be able to lower it enough. I had 225/40 fr, 245/40 rear, guards sat over the tyres nicely. Your front liner will more then likely need to be removed because epic scrapeage. Have fun, remember to post up pics
  10. Sold.
  11. I am going to debate this.. If his car has no modifications then the stock height plus the small amount of stretch he will be putting on the tyres will miss the rear guard lip. I have 10.5+30 on the rear and if I raised my car I wouldn't need guard rolling at all. The only reason this fitment is illegal is because he will be running two different sized rims.
  12. Me again. I have a set of 6 OEM coilpacks at home that have been sitting in my room for a few months. I would be more then happy to lend them out to you. I am 99% sure they are all fine, I will quickly research to see if there is some sort of way to test them to make sure. Not sure if you have my mobile, but it's 0404 398 419. Just let me know it is you.
  13. That should be a completely safe fitment. Should sit inside the guards (for legality issuess) and shouldn't have any scrub issues, especially staying stock height. Run 235/40 fronts and 255/40 rears just to be sure. Make sure you post pics when you are done
  14. Regretfully selling my beloved r34, 120,000kms. Lightly and tastefully modded, this car is a perfect starter for anyone looking to buy a well looked after and reliable skyline. Driven as a daily since June 2011 and as the first owner in Australia, the car has been meticulously maintained: always 98 octane used, serviced at east every 5000kms by AutoJapan using synthetic oils, never limiter bashed, never revved over 2.5 grand when cold, washed at least every month using Mothers Wash and Wax, waxxed every 3 months using Mothers Carnauba cleaner wax and microfiber rags in the glove box to clean any sap/birdshit/grime that I find on the car. The car still has a year and a half left on the AWN warranty which covers mechanical failure up to $2500 per part. 15. Because slamming your car and having rims poking 10mm outside the guard isn't. Hub centralising spacers are fine for daily use - if he told me he was tracking it I would have said no.
  16. Then invest in 15-20mm spacers to push them out if you really want the rims. Going to cost another $350 on top of the rims for JJR spacers (they never let me down)
  17. If you had them on fronts - I would say yes. Rears would be fine I reckon. They will poke 43mm more then 33 GTR rims, and they don't sit any further in then the stocks as well.
  18. That seems very mexican, but I have no idea how wide the kit will be. You need to find the manufactures specs in relation to standard width of the fenders, then find the 'perfect flush fitment' which unfortunatly I have no idea what it will be for 32 gtst. Extremely keen to see photos though.. Dish all day? Just for a reference... In comparison to standard 32 GTR rims (16x9+30) your rears will poke 110mm more then standard. Dish dish dish dish dish EDIT: Tyres are going to be fudging expensive?
  19. This. This needs an update. I saw your import from Iron Chef.. Didn't think it would be this dramatic of a build. I plan on doing something similar, not so detailed thats for sure... Chasing a 2 door manual enr34 at the moment..
  20. 16x9+50 will need some decent spacers or it will hit suspension. If the 32gtr rims weren't what you were looking for, nothing else 16x9 will fit unless you change tyre specs.
  21. 10.5+30 = 9.5+17 Anything from +15-20 will look nice with natural camber from low.
  22. No, the reason yours is so close to the strut is because you have an awful offset. I wouldn't run them until you get some spacers.. Chuck the stockies back on, roll all your guards, and push them out another 20mm or more (depending how mexican you want).
  23. I don't mean to alarm you but the stig is behind you..
  24. Sweet dude, that will be really helpful! Thanks a lot.
