Yeah I was thinking 18 or 20 g, which is about $700-800 delivered, which I think are internally gated anyway? The cost all up I think I could justify for good reponse and 250rwkw, might have to look more into it I think

took the car for a drive, holds boost fine, had a closer look at a few things and it apears that there are some issues with the power steering, ie. oil on fan shroud near power steering pump and also a hose off at the bottom of the power steering resivoir, which doesent consern me that much. the thing that i dont uderstand is that there is oil/fluid on the firewalll and wheel well near the turbo. also the is no oil in the catch can. (dont know much about this so not sure whether is should do or not). i checked the oil via the dipstick and oil levels are still fine after topping them up this morning. one more thing i noticed was a crack at the top of the turbo on the manifold/shield? dunno what it is. i have taken a few more photos hoping someone can point me in the right direction. cheers - trent catch can wheel well/ fire wall crack in manifold/sheild hose off on power steering resivoir

I'm gunna take it for a test drive later on and see what it does, by the looks of it it may just be the power steering,

ok so i went out for a cruise last night, gave the line abit of stick, pulled over and noticed smoke coming out from under the hood. as far as i could tell it was oil on the exaust (specifically near the trubo) that is where the smoke was coming from, also there was oil all over the engine bay and a pool near the pod filter (possably unrealated) as the power steering looks like it is over flowing. i drove it home not on boost, had a better look this morning and took some videos, i noticed today that the car isnt holding boost and i couldnt see any oil on or near the turbo(possably burnt off?). any ideas of what could have happened? any feedback would be appriciated cheers in advance - Trent

Just gunna put it out there, check all the belts on the pulleys, I had a similar noise and it was just the power steering belt that had shredded and was knocking on something in the bay everytime it went around.
